Great hotel in a great location, close to the beach and Promenade des Anglais. You will also be within walking distance to old town, open night and day. Great restaurants and shoppping! The accommodations are extremely comfortable. You won't be disappointed!
The situation of the hotel is very good - in a side street away from the main busy part of Nice. The hotel itself is very good - the breakfasts excellent. We ate in the very lively centre of Nice each evening and can only...More

However, the beaches in Nice are pebbles so water shoes are needed. The cost of a sunbed and towels could be considered expensive if you are used to having them provided by the hotel. And the beach is about a block away or longer depending on which sunbed/bar you choose. We just bought cheap mats at the many tourist shops. Consider mats that fold up if you plan to take them back on the plane. Or bring them from home.
There is no executive lounge or breakfast. They did honor Elite status and upgraded the room. We could see the water from our room. It was a great experience. We were out most of the time. Everyone was helpful.
