It is a very old building. Not renovated at all! Despite the high price they charge the service is nothing. They don't even change the towels etc. Staff not so friendly. Elevator is terrible! Location is good and close to beach and city center.

Just got back from a week at the Residhome on a very enjoyable trip to Nice. We booked this place through Thomas Cook's flexitrips and whilst it is not, nor does it claim to be, 5 star luxury it does have a lot of things going for it. We had one of the small studios and, yes, it was small!...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean even though reading other reviews some people had problems with their rooms but mine was spotless, no complaints there. The well equipped kitchenette was great for cooking breakfast. Only minutes walk to Premanade de Anglais and 15 minutes walk to the old town and train station. It's a basic hotel but if your...

Good location and very good communication. Easy access to many supermarkets and restaurants. Good wifi connection. Staff are nice in general and helpful. The room we got was very dirty and disgusting. A very unpleasant and annoying smell was coming from the kitchenette all the time and when we asked the reception to check it they just said we will...

We stayed as a couple in an apartment for 5 nights overlooking the side street (no problem with any noise of traffic) The kitchenette was perfect for us to cook breakfast with a hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave. The bed was comfortable. The room had a small balcony with a small table and two chairs so nice to sit out in...

Our stay here was fine - the best part was probably the fact that the kitchenette had a dishwasher and the room had excellent air-conditioning (the first place of 5 we have been to in Europe that did!) It's also in a solid location - very close to the promenade, which you can walk straight along until you reach the...

Stayed here with my friend in the room with he sofa bed! The sofa bed was massive so don't be worried about he size and the bed was very very comfortable. Found the apartment so ideal! The kitchenette was perfect for us to cook meals and it comes with a hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a little freezer section. The...

These apartments are lovely especially the ones facing the villa and gardens at the back. A short walk to promenade and a 30 min walk to old town. We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of shops nearby to buy groceries and bakery goodies.

My husband and I stayed here for a week from 10th June. Really nice apartment with balcony overlooking the garden. Yes there were a few stains on the carpet but to be honest, it didn't really matter. The staff were lovely and helpful, great location about 1km from town but only a couple of minutes to the promenade with a...
