The room that we were assigned in the back was quiet but very small. No place to open a suitcase except on top of the (very comfortable) bed. Had to run the water quite awhile before it was warm enough to shower. The shower cabin was one of those tin jobs with crackly folding doors: the don’t drop the soap kind mentioned earlier. The breakfast area was big and well laid out but quality of choices low: it cost €9.50 pp which wasn’t that bad. No gluten free choices.
The petit déjeuner room was populated almost exclusively with single commercial travelers and in fact I think this particular Kyriad was perfect for one person occupancy. We paid either €85 or 89 for one pre flight stay which I would call a poor value. The NCE AIRPORT was a 15 min (very heavy traffic) drive where we handed over our car to a Blue Valet driver. Very good plan, that.
Normally I love Kyriad hotels which are perfect for a late arrival overnight stay when en route to another destination: this Kyriad StadeNice, however, did not meet any of the standards of my earlier visits to various Kyriads. This place needs a complete makeover!

This hotel is in a suburb of Nice but is only 100 metres from the tram terminus. The hotel staff were all very friendly and there was a hotel car park which seemed quite secure. The room was small but very clean. Breakfast was good. Ideal for a one night stay and very easy to get to the airport without changing trams.

The hotel maintenance was poor and also cleaning quality of the room. The rooms were not isolated well from external and internal sounds. Overall quality price was good value but not up to other kyriad hotel. Rather stay in a ibis budget next time so at least rooms are bigger.

Starting from the entrance of thehotel,i felt that this is unfriendly and cold.As i reached my floor the wall around me was like wreck.Additionally the doors was soooo filthly that i didnt want to get into the room. When we opened the door i saw the carpet having a big stain that made you feel grose. The toilet was not clean and the inside part brown and disgusting. As i pulled the bin i found papers behind it.The walls was full of moold. The equipment of the room was not sufficient. One towel for each person.!!!all those and much more for almost 100 euros!!!no way!!!

Good clean room, bed very comfortable. Room quiet, airconditioning. Bathroom clean, water good & hot Staff very friendly & helpful. Restaurants closeby or 20-45 minutes taxi to Nice centre, but a bit pricy..

Only problem was non smoking room had been used by smokers, so not pleasant.

We stayed here as part of a tour so the accommodation was all booked for us. I would not stay here at all!! The rooms were the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel, barely enough room for the bed and our suitcases. The bathroom was awful and the water from the tap and shower smelt really bad. The shower was broken so had to ask to get it fixed. The air con was very noisy and old. The service was not great. Plenty of other hotels to chose from so stay away from this one.

Compare this Hotel with a Formula 1. Cheap... Everything is clean, but not very spacious. One sound warning, this place is VERY FAR from Nice. It will take 15 mins by Car. There is no train station and a bus takes 45 minutes. It is in the middle of nowhere and after 8pm it is impossible to EAT anywhere! There is another Kyriad in the heart of NICE, book that one. Saint-Isidore is not in NICE, it is in country France... The picture of the Hotel is of one corner and the real hotel is not nice. Think Formula 1. One nice point about the place, the staff were nice enough to cancel the rest of our stay and we found a brilliant place in the heart of Nice!

We stayed here the night of a EuroCup match and were pleased with our experience. The hotel is a 10 minute easy walk to the stadium, our room was clean and quite large, and the bed was actually very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and we slept very well. For the price, the breakfast in the morning was adequate. We even enjoyed a few beers on the grapevine covered patio in the afternoon. We had no complaints other than wishing the windows opened. The staff were very helpful and professional.

The hotel is situated into a quiet and clean neighborhood, about 10 minutes far from the beach and 5 minutes from Carefour. You can also reach the beach by bus, the ticket costs 1,50 euro/person. The bus station is in front of the hotel. The hotel offers free parking and good wireless connection. If you are going to visit a lot, a place to sleep, a hot shower and a toilet it's all that you need. If you are intended to spend much time in the hotel room, than it isn't an appropriate decision. The room is very small, barely have place to move around the bed, the wardrobe only for one person's clothes (mine, of course) and no refrigerator!!!! The breakfast costs 7 euro (1 croissant, 1 glass of orange juice and 1 coffee), things that you can buy from Carefour at half of price.
The hotel stuff is OK, very friendly and helpful. I recomend you to take a ride on the Rue de Belgique and Rue de Paris (the ghetto near the railway station) than you will see it could have been worse!

This is by far the worst hotel i've ever been!!!We chose this hotel because we wanted something cheap for one night.we didnt mind that it was outside the city. When we got there it looked ok but when we got in the rooms we faced a filthy carpet(probably vomet)and we had to change the room.About half an hour later we heard someone trying to unlock the door but by the time we got there he was gone.Later the same thing!!!Then we realised that the doors unlock very easy even if you have locked from the inside!!!We went to the reception to complain and they didnt speak english and didnt say anything. Also the bed propably had bugs because we were all scratching!!!Generaly the worst experience!!
