Wow never known a swimming pool to have soo many rules. No fun for kids as no jumping, ball games or floaties, no noise basically. Plus you have to wear a swim hat which isn't stated on website and a particular swim outfit. There are no sun loungers around the pool and you aren't allowed to bring your own. There is a guard on site as all times to make sure the rules are followed but isn't a lifeguard.

Also never step on the grass. The pool is in a decked area (gated) which is then surrounded by gardens and grass but no access is allowed to it. Such a waste if you love to sunbathe.

The hotel room had everything we needed but didn't get cleaned in the 5 days we were there. No change of towels either. We had to ask at reception and were given 1 extra for a family of 4. There was also noise at night with the pipe work?? We would here loud running water or banging from pipes.

Beautiful location but hotel could do with updating.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Room was very clean and bed quite comfortable. Great to have the kitchen area. We had cutlery, a microwave, crockery, a hob, coffee maker, kettle and a large fridge with an ice compartment. Had a tv although no English channels. Recommend having a balcony. Loved the balcony onto the street where we could sit and people watch. Beach was a couple of mins walk away so we could leave all valuables in our safe and just go for a couple of hours. We even borrowed an umbrella from the hotel for the beach. The staff were always very friendly and helpful and security was good as we needed to use a pin number to enter in the evenings. Lifts very efficient. The pool was nice although we would have liked sunbeds. It is shared with other blocks but it was never too busy when we went.
There's a lovely bakery opposite and several supermarkets close by.
The hotel is right by a tram stop so can easily use the tram from the airport.
Overall, the hotel exceeded expectations. We were a bit out of the main area so not many bars and restaurants around the hotel, but tram rides into the centre only €1.5 each trip and the walk along the prom was lush.

The room was comfortable with every kitchen wares we needed, shops are nearby, just like the beach. Wifi was really good quality. Heating was also good, we had a room with balcony with a view of the street though the place was quite. The tram 2 was right before the hotel. Is a really nice place!

Arrived early in the morning at the hotel. It was about 10am. We knew upfront that early check in was not possible, but we were told by email that we can leave our luggage at the hotel. So we did. We were welcomed by Mr. BEN Hadj, very friendly. We were offered to use the (clean) toilet to change our clothing. After leaving our stuff, we went for a tour and returned a little over 15:00. There was a lady at the desk. The friendliness of earlier that morning was no were to be found.
She looked at us, like she did not understand anything what we were saying. After finding the reservation( had to repeat over 10 times) she mentioned: ok, so the reservation is for 1 person? Even though we were standing in front of her and the reservation was made for 2 persons, not a very good start. After filling in the necessary forms, she wanted a creditcard. She kept on repeating " Were is the creditcard" after explaining that the booking was fully paid prior and there wasn't any mentioning of the need to present a creditcard, she kept on repeating herself that she needs it for deposit, but when asking for what, she stopped talking and acted oddly strange. We kept in saying, we can give a cash amount or a debit card, but she kept on repeating "creditcard" creditcard" like a toy that has run out of battery.

After giving my debit card, she again kept on repeating creditcard creditcard, " this is not good, we need a creditcard " but even after 10 minutes, she could not explain why the creditcard was needed(ps. her English was OK, so there was no language barrier) after the manager came from his office and said a debit card is fine as well, she did not say a thing. After a quick explanation of the utilities of the accommodation and handing is the wifi code and the code to enter the premises, we were (finally) handed over the key. Not a single time we heard: "enjoy your stay, thank you"

Arrived at our room, the first thing that we noticed was the extreme scent of cigarettes. Also good to mention, the room was clean, good job housekeeping.

Rooms are in desperate need of a renovation. Worn out. Carpet in the hallway was disgusting. As the rooms are situated on the streeth side: very very much noise of traffic. It starts at 6:00am and ends after 00:00

Staff: only the manager was friendly.
The other 2 ladies were rude and totally uninterested. A simple Bonjour/bonsoir never came out of there mouth during our stay.

Conclusion: location is indeed near the promenade des anglais, but that is easy if you have a 7km coastline. Very noisy, and dated. Will not came back.

But, Nice stole our hearts, j'aime Nice!

This apart-hotel as suggested by other reviewers photographs well on their site but is in fact quite tired and dated. It is well located close to the tram stop and a very short walk to the promenade. The duvets were very dirty and there was a smell from the shower room. The room seemed superficially clean but on inspection it could have been cleaner.
If staying here I would suggest getting earplugs as the main road with tram is right outside the street-side windows. Others have commented on issues with the staff, we found them ok to deal with. Prior to our visit I did have to email them three times to receive an answer to a question.
I would suggest staying here if it is a bargain and you don't mind the above. There is another hotel nearby that is far superior (we moved there) and it was the same price.

The hotel is in an excellent location, fast connection with transport, every part of Nice can be visited on foot, the Promenade is just across the street. It can be reached very quickly and easily by tram. Spacious rooms, kitchen and toilet fully equipped. The description of the offer is realistic. WiFi excellent. Friendly staff, willing to help. We will be back for sure. All recommendations!

We booked this hotel as it had a swimming pool as our daughter loves swimming. The hotel seems to have a deal with local residence who run the pool. During our week long stay the pool was closed for three days. When open there is a long list of rules including my daughter not being allowed to wear swimming goggles (still trying to figure out how swimming goggles will harm the pool). I noticed any time anyone slightly broke this long list one of the local residents in the balconies surrounding the pool whould shout at them. We spoke to the friendly hotel staff who tried to let my daughter swim with googles but they said no. The staff say they get constant complaints from guests about the pool. Do not stay here if you have kids who want to enjoy the pool. The corridors in the hotel need upgraded as they are dark and need a paint job. On a more positive note apartment was a nice size and the staff were very friemdly. Afriad the pool knocks a star off this hotel as it was the reason we booked it and both the closure and all the rules really upset my daughter.

This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I note four issues in particular, in increasing order of importance.

1. Parking. You have to go to the reception desk before entering the parking. As there is nowhere else to park in this busy area, you have an impossible situation if you are travelling on your own.

2. Electricity. When I plugged in some equipment into one of the few sockets, nothing happened except for a few nasty sparky noises. This was solved by using a bit of paper as a wedge. But I wonder when this electrical system was last checked?

3. I took a glass off a shelf. The shelf then collapsed and the entire set of glass and crockery fell on my head, before smashing on the ground. The reason was clear: a lug on the self was missing was so moving anything at the back would result in a collapse. We complained and got our room changed.

4. I sent a message describing the the problems to the hotel. No reply for months, then a message thanking me for the review and saying they would look into my complaints. No apology, no review of the issues.

Avoid at all costs.

Good location, near to resteraunts, supermarkets and tram stop. Rooms had a small kitchen with basic utensils, nice fridge. Bed was very comfy, shower a bit small but adequate. Breakfast items were basic, cereals, cheese, meats, jams, and ability to boil your win eggs. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Tammi and Marianna. Would defiantly stay again excellent value for money.

I stayed here for one night in September 2023. The room was a good size, with nice kitchen facilities - I was a little sad not to be staying longer. I found the room nice and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. I spoke with 3 different employees at reception, and they were all chatty and friendly.

I would however say that the room was a little tired, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.
