The rooms are really small, the bathroom is even smaller, you cant sit on the toilet normally because your legs wont fit in, and not really clean in overall, the shower curtains bottom was brown from the long use ( pretty disgusting), and the In the main room everything is in the way, too much furniture, you cant even sit decently to the table to eat. The breakfast was a joke for that price. You get a pre portioned bag of food ( beacuse of the COVID you can eat in the dining room), which is nor enough nor good. The swimming pool and the roof is closed (COVID) without further notice. The apartment is outdated and not really nice, the corridors smells bad, and the AC in the rooms are also not really clean. (based of the smell that comes out of it). The view from the terrace is to an other building, not a nice view, and there is the AC outer part, which produces water which makes the walls wet and full of algae or something like it. The cleaning lady was sooo loud, i heard like she is broking the furniture and the plates in the other room.

Overall a very positive experience. Close to 2 tram lines. Restaurants, shopping, and activites are near. 10 minutes walk to the old city. The room was comfortable and quiet even though it faced a busy street. There were enough electrical outlets and the lighting was good. The individual aircon was welcome and effective. The buffet breakfast was typical for European budget to midrange hotels. There is only one elevator to serve 7 floors, so patience is required. It wasn't as nicely appointed as the Adagio I stayed at in Paris, but it was fine for the money during high season on the Cote d'Azur. I feel the room looked a little plain and could use a little more decoration to liven it up. The bathroom was a little tight and the shower cabin will be difficult for large people. I think the bath towels should be larger. Oddly, we had 3 pillows instead of 4 for two people. The rooftop pool, though not big, was nice. Some loungers and umbrellas would be a great addition. One tip for Nice in the summer: it is very hot and can be very humid. Make sure to book a place with aircon. You'll need it.

we stayed 5 nights here which had been booked 2 years ago but couldn't get a refund because of covid we had a superior room which gave us a tiny balcony at the rear of the hotel opposite a noisy nursery with screaming kids from 9 til 4 so don't expect any peace. we had breakfast included but in hindsight was overpriced for what you get the hotel is about 10 mins walk to old town which is beautiful.there is no cleaning included with the price and you will be charged if you dont clean before you leave.the staff were very nice but a couple of tips the pool wasnt open in april even though it was red hot and dont arrive at weekends between 12 and 2 as there is no staff to let you in so you will be left standing on the street.i cant wait to visit nice again but unfotunately not this hotel.

I haven't stayed at the hotel personally but I have been in contact with the hotel to book a room for my colleague. Fran from reception has taken a good care of me on the phone and made sure my booking was secure while also checking in guests, she was very patent and very welcoming! Want to say a very official well done and thank you for helping me during our call!

OK, so first of all I would say this property is one step up from a back packers. It's not bad. But it's just not great.

The room was OK. Kind of small with a very average bathroom. Unfortunately out air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night which sucked big time.

The staff were friendly enough and the facilities at the property were fine. There was free wifi and a pool that we didn't use. There was a laundry that cost 2 EUR for drying and 5 EUR for the washing machine. A little steap.

The location was OK. Pretty close to a tram station but it's a decent walk to the beach.

I would say quality let this place down but it got the job done for a night.

We stayed here for 4 nights. It is a convenient location in the middle of 2 tram stops. It is pretty much a straight road to the promenade also. The rooms were basic but clean. We did not ppt in for breakfast. I found the air conditioning system quige loud. The hallways would need updating and perhaps an air freshener. The pool was small but adequate and a very welcome addition on the days it hit 33 degrees!

This is a good location for conference accommodation in Nice. You pay for what you get. The bedrooms are adequately furnished and the bathroom is functional. Breakfast is satisfactory and there’s a small pool on the rooftop with a great view. The staff are very accommodating and friendly.

The hotel was better than we expected. The rooms were clean enough and decent with all the necessities for cooking and other. There is no cleaning in the rooms but we knew this beforehand. We made breakfast ourselves so we have no experience of the breakfast that the hotel offers. The hotel offers paid parking in the premises. The location of the hotel is good, with a 15 minutes walk to the old town. All in all, for a budget apartment hotel, this hotel was good enough. If you know what to expect then this is a good budget friendly option for Nice’s expensive hotel prices.

The hotel is old and the breakfast poor. I stayed seven nights. Unfortunately I didn' t see the rules that nobody clean, no new towels, no extra soap, paper etc. I had to check out before 11 a.m. and I couldn't leave my suitcase at hotel luggage store. The only extra was kitchen which I didn't use, after all I have to leave it clean. For sure I wouldn't go back.

Hello,What is easiest and cheapest mode to reach the hotel from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport?

Haslemere, United Kingdom61 contributions45 helpful votes
Jørgen and Cecillia have answered the question above. Just catch the tram at the airport, get a ticket each for ten journeys as you can use them on the buses (but not the airport bus). Enjoy your stay, Nice is a great place

We were there late October & caught the new Tram to the apartment, however on return we took a taxi which was €35. The Adagio booked the taxi. Have a good trip

Can anyone tell me what the parking is like for this hotel please?
Answer from jecdenmark

The hotel has a parking garage but it is not very big, so you can not be sure to have a space. Make sure to tell you have a car, when you make a reservation for the room. Kind regards Jørgen
