Hotel was basic but staff were amazing, they couldnt be more helpful! Whatever we asked they obliged. There was no AC at the hotel so the staff provided us extra fans, and let us keep the iron and hairdryer for the duration of our stay as they werent normally left in the room :)

Good location, close to the promenade and to the tram and bus stations, about 5 km from the airport. The room was very basic, with a small double bed and a closet like, unbelievable small bathroom with a shower and sink only, without a toilet, which is outside of the room in the hallway. There is no AC in the room, only a rotating fan. Good option if you use the room only for sleeping.

Passable, for a short stay, a small room with a small shower; the toilet is shared; daily housekeeping and new towels; a relatively clean room; only stars to the 2 floor. Close to public transportation and the promenade. The historic centre is about a 30-minute walk away. The price for Nice was OK.no air conditioning, no fridge, there is a musty smell

Pleasant quiet place just 200m from the beach. Very basic but at a very basic price. Ten minutes walk from the Old Town. Not much locally in the evening but a safe walk to and from town. Nice courtyard at front to take in morning coffee and plan your day

This is not a luxury hotel, but they do the basics well: clean and comfortable room, friendly service, nice atmosphere. (I loved sitting with a coffee in the shade of the lime tree outside!) I will be forever grateful to the owner, who let us check in hours early after arriving hot, sweaty and sleep-deprived off an overnight train from Paris. He really saved the day. That kind of service is rare and deserves special praise! There is no air conditioning, but the shutters and ceiling fan keep the rooms cool. However, we did have a problem when another guest decided to have a very loud conversation in the middle of the night in the front garden right below our open window. The only way to get back to sleep was to close the window, which made it very hot. The owner says that they are installing air conditioning next year, but in the meantime I would reccommend a sign asking for quiet at night. Otherwise, I really loved staying at this hotel!…

hidden in a tiny street yet close to the beach and the city. historical building that was established as a hotel almost a hundred years ago. beautiful terrace and garden. remarkable staff taking care of every possible need.

Friendliest staff in Nice !!! We really enjoyed the friendliest staff who is working on this hotel. The location is perfect located in Nice. Nice and quiet, but within 5 min you are at the beach. And 10 min in the shopping area Enjoy your stay here :)

The host was very welcoming! We didnt make any reservations and couldnt find a hotel at 6 am in the morning. Despite opening at 8 am, the host opened his doors early and was very helpful. He gave us great tips about visiting Nice and even ordered us pizza when we couldnt find any open places! Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable! Wifi, parking, and breakfast options are definately a plus!

Stayed here with my son for 2 nights! Really nice host and good and friendly vibe. Close to the beach and close to the tram that takes you to the airport! Good location. Would absolutely stay here again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, but towels and furniture very old and worn. No Air Conditioner only ventilator. Location close to the beach and bus stops, also 20 min by walk to the city center but deserted in the evenings. Breakfast not included, you have to pay 8 euro for coffee, croissant and juice. No elevator.
