This hotel is definitively boutique. Albeit being cosy rather than spacious, the owners (who are a warm family) maximised the potential offered by each room by refurbishing them beautifully, keeping them tidy and fully functional. Of fantastic value, we really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast is not included, €8 for fresh orange juice, a hot drink, croissant, baguette and...

The room was incy tiny, the curtain was half the width of the window and the curtain rail as shown in the pictures, and because it was half a meter away from the window there was a big gap of light that came through. Although there are wooden shutters they are the kind where the slats do not close (just...

We stayed in Hotel le petit Trianon for 2 night and I can fully recommand it. The rooms are well designed, the location of the hotel is very central (to the city and to the beach). Negative: The walls are very thin, so one can hear everything. Ear plugs recommended for light sleppers.

As we arrived, they were finishing the refinishing of the pedestrian street the hotel is located on; It is lined with very upscale stores. It is within walking distance of Vielle Ville and train station. One block from a long park that runs parallel with the beach, which is one block further. 100 feet from Rue Massena, an area of...

The location of this hotel is excellent, no traffic noise. Very central position for everything. The owners were so very helpful and friendly. The young man on reception is quite happy to carry the suitcase up and down the stairs which I was very grateful for. Would definitely stay here again.

Beyond phenomenal location. Seconds to the beach, and right on a semi-private strip of nightlife! Clean, authentic, and very affordable. After-hours check in was extremely easy; the hotel contacted us while we were still in Paris with instructions on how to get in. Only reason we didn't say 5/5 is because we booked a queen bed but it is actually...

Our visit was after a transatlantic cruise. Be prepared to have a cellphone available to take contact with the host upon arrival. The entrance door to the street is closed, and we did not get contact by using the doorbell. Luckily one person left the building, and we came inside. Then you have to climb a number of stairs with...

While hotel has "restricted access", you can drive to it, unload your baggage and get reduced parking rates at nearby public parking. Service was great, as was our room. Good location. Great balcony. Good free wifi. We needed a nice overnight hotel in Nice, and this one worked well. The included breakfast was fine for us.
