Really prefer to keep this a secret, eating fresh croissants and hot coffee while overlooking the garden and the bay towards Monte Carlo...not pretentious no pool, and slightly dated but very homely rooms, a little slice of heaven.

I stayed here for three nights in June this year as a single traveller. As everyone else states, this small hotel is in a wonderful spot with fantastic views of the Mediterranean, looking towards Monte Carlo (although you cannot see it - thank goodness). The hotel is perched up above what proves to be, during the day, a busy little...

3 nights in St. Jean Cap Ferrat. We had grand plans to visit Monaco and Eze. Had even secured reservations at La Colombe D'Or in St Paul de Vence. Once we arrived at Hotel Brise Marine, received the key to room 10 (surprise!) and sat down at the terrace table, my husband and I quickly agreed- we are going nowhere...

I go to the French Riviera regularly and this is a place I keep revisiting. It is solid, family run for ages, offers you a good, clean room with great breakfast, splendid views and atmosphere in one of the most exclusive areas in the world. The perfect place to be and sleep if you are in the South of France...

Located between Monte Carlo and Nice, this quiet little peninsula is more like an exclusive residential community. But it contains a few surprises. One being the Hotel Brise Marine - situated on a hill set above the road, the view is amazing. The parking was limited, but a non-issue. The hosts were lovely and made you feel very welcome. The...

We stayed here for the last night of our visit to the Nice area and I'm so sorry it was just one night! It is a lovely hotel, small and intimate with an amazing location on Cap Ferrat. Our triple room had a spectacular view of the water, just like the photos already posted for this hotel. (They are an...

The Riviera is all about glitz - specially Cap Ferrat with the invasion of Russian villa owners who now own one third of the 500 villas on Cap Ferrat. So here with Brise Marine we find a memory of past days when life was simpler & the clientele was looking for other values than 5 star glamour. Here the value...

We recently stayed at the Brise Marine, which is more of Mediterranean-style villa than a hotel. It's small and quiet - just what we were looking for after traveling for almost two weeks. Our room was light, airy, and spacious, with beautiful doors opening out to a balcony with spectacluar views of the harbor. The balcony was perfect for sitting...

This was our first visit to Southern France, and I'll repeat what most other posters have said. Small charming hotel with amazing views on the 2nd floor (room 10 is worth requesting - larger balcony!) It was clean, cosy and well-maintained. We didn't spend much time in our room because we were day tripping or strolling the peninsula. The location...

I hadn't been in St Jean Cap Ferrat for over 30 years and was a bit horrified to see how busy and built up it had become but the Hotel Brise Marine is the epitomy of the old style Villa Hotel. No you don't get a lift. a pool, a bell boy or fried eggs and bacon as you would...
