Well educated, attentive, respectful employees. Fair price. Renovated room with very good air conditioning. Great location, just a few steps from the sea. Beach service paid separately, but fair price.

We arrived here after travelling for the past week in Germany, and Italy. We were really looking forward to this property so we could relax on the beach and just rest our stresses away... we arrived to being confused to find out how to enter the free parking area, only to be let in via electronic gate, and once parked, we were given early access to our room (i emailed ahead requesting this) and shown to our room. The keys were strange... the room itself was extremely small.. not nearly enough room to have 2 ppl move around at the same time. Bathroom was only slightly bigger.. The room itself looked upon a 'garden' of sorts. Which really just looked like a mess of weeds. We were placed on the ground floor.. We had to pay for everything at this hotel and we paid a small fortune for the room alone.. The beach towels were 8 euros to rent for the stay, and the chairs and umbrella was 12 euros for the day. We didn't bother doing breakfast the next day and we checked out at noon the next day. The beach itself is all rocks and the ocean at this part of the beach is very wavy! Hard to get in and out of if you don't have water shoes. All in all, I would come back here again but i don't know if I’d come back to this hotel. Staff were very indifferent to us and acted like they could care less if we even existed (with the exception of the night staff, he pointed out several good places to eat supper)

So if you only care about the beach, this place is for you.. this is public beachs on each side of the 'hotel' beach.. bear in mind.

This place was very disappointing. We arrived for our honeymoon and was so excited to stay here after seeing the pictures online but we’re very dissatisfied the whole time. When we checked in the room was very dirty - there were stains all over the walls, dirty coffee cups, marks all over the bathtub, and stains on the headboard. The whole room smelt awful and reaked of cigarettes. We immediately asked for another room but the hotel was full. Also we had a terrace but it over looked the parking lot and did not feel very safe. One of the ladys that worked there offered us free breakfast because of our dirty room but that did help because we still had to stay in a dirty room. The cleaning lady came back and changed the coffee mugs and sprayed a few spots on the wall but my husband had to do a lot of the cleaning himself to try and get the place livable. We tried to air out the smell by keeping the windows opened but it barely worked. We were trying to see if we could get a refund and book somewhere else but because we prepaid we wouldn’t be able to get all of our money back. Also, 2 out of the 3 days we were here, we were not given access to the private beach because it was full. The only reason we booked this hotel was for the beach so this was very disappointing. We were able to get spots by the pool but it was filled with screaming kids the whole time and also seemed very dirty. This place is rated a 3 star hotel but should be rated a 1 star hotel because of how dirty and run down it is. Graffiti on the pool chairs, elevator doesn’t work, etc. The pictures posted are from after the SECOND round of cleaning.

Our room was much too small as a double room. Breakfast was only upgraded to a good buffet after a heavy complaint. We had HP booked. On 3 out of 4 evenings we had goulash with rice, mostly cold. I don't think Hotel has its own kitchen. Not recommended.

We spent 2 very nice weeks at Hotel Bahia in July-August. The room is exactly as shown on the website, good AC, great garden. Beach (relatively small pebble) very close, clean, not overly crowded. We will definitely return next year, hoping to get the same room. Thanks to the staff, all employees were very nice to us. Warm regards, Gabriela Bodea & George

This hotel is horrible, the woman at reception in the morning is very unfriendly!! Very small room! The day after our arrival the room had not been made!! I found the door with a roll of toilet paper on the handle and the beds not made nor towels etc.. a shame!! 600 euros for a rotten, old and aging hotel!
Too bad, beautiful swimming pool in the residence, the rest to avoid

Bedroom for 3 with a double bed and a camp bed stuck between the foot of the bed and the table. So terrace inaccessible without going over the bed. 2 towels for 3. Clean bathroom and beds, however the terrace must never have received the slightest sweep. Harribo candy, hair, papers....
Unsuitable for the price.

The hotel is lead very well by young nice and involved couple. It is situated in very good location about 10 km from Nice airport (take account of periodic planes noise). The interior is quite old-dated and would need to be refurbished. The staff in hotel and in restaurant was very nice and friendly. We stayed in standard room which was very narrow with hard beds however the room was clean and quiet as it was directed to inner garden yard. After 4 nights we moved to room with a terrace which was more spacious, beds were softer but it was quite noisy as its terrace was overlooking the secured hotel parking and facing the fussy boulevard. Most of the hotel has been sold up as appartments and residents have been privileged off hotel guests. As a hotel guest you can use only the blue sunbeds at the pool and only the 2nd and 3rd row of the sunbeds on the private hotel beach. The pool was nice and clean as well as the beach. Hotel has only outside restaurant located on the beach - very romantic view on the Angel´s bay. We stayed on half-board with buffet breakfast and served dinners (starter, main dish and dessert) with choice from two options every evening. Although the dishes repeated after one week the cuisine was very good and tasty. They serve fish fillets (delicious), beef steaks (too raw), chicken and duck breast and a rabbit too with plenty of vegetables (both fresh and warm). If you prefer to eat out or self-catering there are many restaurants and caffeterias in neighbourhood and a supermarket across the main boulevard (don´t be mislead by its name - Casino). Overall we enjoyed our stay in Bahia hotel mainly thanks to its perfect location which was good base for getting to know the Cote d´Azur.

Stayed there in august 2014.

The hotel was a disappointment and totally run down. We had a room that i think there wasn't done anything to shine up in the last 20 years. It was dark, and with no wiev at all.

The pool and the beach were very good. But be aware that half of the lounges are reserved for people who owns apartments on the area.
