Location is good, room is spacious, but the housekeeping quality needs improvement. We can still smell the urine left in the restroom, not the sanity quality I expected from typical mercure. Hope it's a special case only.

Stayed here for two weeks for work in October 2016 and the stay was top. The staff is super friendly and very flexible, always a real smile. The breakfast is very good, the juice is super fresh and there's all the French stuff you could wish for. Opt for an omelette rather than the scrambled eggs, they seem to be...

We arrived by taxi and we commented on the way about how run down and rough the neighbourhood was and then we stopped at our hotel. Once inside though it was different. Modern and clean and helpful staff. First impressions take a bit of getting over, but we did. Just a quick walk around the corner and you are down...

Stayed for 5 days in October 2016 for business trip. We had reserved quite a number of rooms. I dare say that I am not usually impressed by the quality of hotels in my home country, the Mercure Hotel surprised me. The room are spacious enough, extremely clean. Breakfast is great. More importantly Staff is amazing. Always with a smile....

We up graded to a superior room and it was excellent. Huge, clean, great facilities. A real pleasure. The hotel was also excellent. The public rooms were great, the staff were very helpful. Altogether a place (on the edge of the Old Port) that was great to centre a short holiday. The neighbourhood though was very run down and quite...

We travelled as a middle aged couple. Having used Accor branded hotels frequently, I was less than impressed by this effort. The location is rather unusual, and the area appears to be rather depressed and whilst walking to the port you are frequently assailed by unusual and unpleasant smells. The car park is nominally underneath the hotel, and is part...

I stayed here with my husband for four nights and used Marseille as a central point to see other parts of Souther France. The hotel was clean, with comfortable rooms. The staff are very friendly, but unfortunately there was no concierge. This was a little inconvenient as we were unable to map out our activities or book excursions. Vieux Port...

This hotel is situated very close to the port & next to the shopping centre both of which are a great advantage but the area itself is not very pleasant with drunks hanging around in the evening (& the nearby corner is clearly being used as a public convenience with an apppalling smell). Our room (315) was small compared to...
