The staff at this small, 20 room hotel could not have been nicer, esp Bernadette. Reasonable prices and very calm at night. The bed was super comfy and good AC, plus a nice marble bathroom. Since it is on a tiny street, there are no views, but it is Quiet! Lots of closets for those staying a while. Needs new...

This is a nice hotel in a good location near the old port. The rooms are quite small but clean and comfortable and the air conditioning is quiet and easy to control. The double beds are large and provide a good nights sleep. Only a general liquid soap is provided in the bathroom so make sure you take your own...

Just stayed one night, pretty average hotel. I had a small room on the third floor, it was clean and tidy, but the hotel needs a refurbish badly The staff were very nice and went out of their way to help. I would recommend it only for short stay and needed to be in the center.

Very basic but totally overpriced . We needed a place to stay in Marseilles for 3 nights during the UEFA 2016 tournament . Sometimes you have little choice for these occasions and you have to pay a premium but at 3 times the normal rate this was overdone . Small room on a busy noisy street during the day but...

Saint Ferreol poses two challenges. Firstly it is in the middle of a pedestrianised shopping street that taxis are reluctant to go near. Secondly, one is faced with a steep flight of steps to get to reception, though staff are very helpful in getting luggage up. After that there is an elevator. The hotel is very quiet, not only because...

This is a very pleasant hotel in the heart of Marseille near to shops and tourist attractions. The staff speak English and are very helpful. The room we had was a little bit small but adequate, clean, well furnished, and the bed was comfortable. The room was triple glazed and was very quiet. We parked overnight in the parking area...

This is a good 3 star hotel. Staff were courteous and friendly. Room good, clean and the most comfy bed ever. Good double glazing so very little noise heard from outside. TV in room and free WiFi. Breakfast available for extra if required; fresh and varied. Only a few minutes walk from the Old Port and Metro. I would definitely...

Location was great, although a little dodgy after dark - met a few unsavoury characters! There was always someone on reception with brilliant English who has sorted out a few problems we had with transfers. Rooms a little small but clean and well decorated. My only complaint was the breakfast which cost almost 10€ I think was not really worth...

Clean Hotel, slap bang in the middle of the shopping area and about 10 minute walk to the port, 20 minute walking distance from the railway station. No need to take keys out as there is some one on reception 24h, free wi-fi

In the heart of town shopping area, perfect location for tourist purposes, near all sites. Walking distance from station, however without big suitcase. Lady and young man at reception both friendly and helpful. We were given a city map which showed walking tours which we followed, very useful since we didn't prepare our visit beforehand. I recommend it and would...
