Stayed here for two nights having got a good deal on the Internet for B&B. Arrived by Eurostar and walked 15 minutes to arrive at hotel which is very central to shops, reastaurants and the old port, fantastic location. Incredibly quiet district at night. Breakfast was a good continental choice, fresh orange juice and decent coffee too. The room was...

This is a really nice hotel in the centre of Marseille. The rooms are sound-proofed and quiet, and the neighbourhood is great: right on the border between the fancy vieux port and the much cooler area near the marché des Capuchins. Staff really nice. The only problem was the shower curtain didn't work properly!

Great location, great staff, but the whole needs an update to keep up with the modern times. Small chnages can do wonders for this hotel. So it will be great place to stay in future years. Especially pay atention to the showerhead

Very courteous and efficient staff. Central location. Lots of sound proofing so the rooms are very quiet. They need to keep the corridor fire doors closed though. They are kept open with rubber door wedges which means they won't work in case of a fire.

The staff at this small, 20 room hotel could not have been nicer, esp Bernadette. Reasonable prices and very calm at night. The bed was super comfy and good AC, plus a nice marble bathroom. Since it is on a tiny street, there are no views, but it is Quiet! Lots of closets for those staying a while. Needs new...

This is a nice hotel in a good location near the old port. The rooms are quite small but clean and comfortable and the air conditioning is quiet and easy to control. The double beds are large and provide a good nights sleep. Only a general liquid soap is provided in the bathroom so make sure you take your own...

Just stayed one night, pretty average hotel. I had a small room on the third floor, it was clean and tidy, but the hotel needs a refurbish badly The staff were very nice and went out of their way to help. I would recommend it only for short stay and needed to be in the center.

Very basic but totally overpriced . We needed a place to stay in Marseilles for 3 nights during the UEFA 2016 tournament . Sometimes you have little choice for these occasions and you have to pay a premium but at 3 times the normal rate this was overdone . Small room on a busy noisy street during the day but...

Saint Ferreol poses two challenges. Firstly it is in the middle of a pedestrianised shopping street that taxis are reluctant to go near. Secondly, one is faced with a steep flight of steps to get to reception, though staff are very helpful in getting luggage up. After that there is an elevator. The hotel is very quiet, not only because...
