In general I am very satisfied. The only issue is the parking place which is quite far away if you have big bags with you (150-200m away and stairs - NO LIFT). When I was leaving the hotel I went for the car myself with bags and couldn't find any lift. The elevator (like rooms as well) is quite small...

The hotel has a 4 star rating and I looked at a number of hotels and for this hotel to be a five star location the ratings would have to go up to a possible 7 stars. Small lobby, no bar. The elevator only holds two people with luggage. Breakfast was fine but the breakfast room is small. Affordable and...

This is a clean place, good central location. The rooms are small, but adequate. Happy to see an elevator for getting luggage upstairs. It is small, only holds two people and luggage. Breakfast is available at an extra cost, and very good. Lots of variety offered.

Stayed here for one night booked through the Accor app and the rooms looked lovely and location ideal Upon checking in was given room 407 which is the top floor of the hotel the room was so cramped and in the roof space that you could not walk around the bed and there was little to no windows it was...

Certainly not what you would expect from a 4 star or even a3 star hotel. The room was tiny without space for 2 people to walk around the end of and one side of the bed. No space for 2 suitcases. The chair and table were under the television and so not accessible. The air conditioning unit was so noisy...

Rooms are small but comfortable, good bathroom, the smallest breakfast room I've ever seen but friendly helpful staff and a good breakfast - usual Mercure standard overall but small! Location is very good, a short walk from the lake and the old town on a quiet street near the station. This stay was booked and paid for 4 months in...

Dear Sir, We thank you for your review. We understand your disappointment. Our hotel is well-located to the detriment of the view, really close of the old city-center for you to enjoy quickly it. Our team reacts to your complain as they were told to do offering you additional points. Best regards, Isabelle SABATIER manager

The hotel has an excellent location..walking distance to the rail road station and public parking…½ kilometer to the Lake and about ¼ kilometer to the Old Town. This an older building with smaller regular rooms and a miniature elevator. All the rooms, as it is apparent throughout the entire chain are recently updated in uniform fashion, except for the color...

Large "Privilege" room with balcony. No individual temp control to room - controlled by hotel which will offer heat or A/C depending on outdoor temperature. Can open balcony door for cool air. Mattress very comfortable - has pillow topper, which was one of best during our 40 day trip in France. 36" TV with 1 English news channel. Bathroom has...
