We had booked 2 rooms, a double and a single room, but seeing the rooms especially the single room at 67 euros pr night we decided not to stay at the hotel,so we payed and left. You had to bend down to reach the door handle and to enter the the single room, we have never seen anything like it... More

I booked this hotel as it is central to the old town and there was parking available in the Hotel de Ville car park about 50 yards away. My family and I arrived and where told that the room we had been allocated was not available and another room had been given to us. Firstly in the room was only... More

I am happy to recommend this hotel mainly because of the hotel manager. He was extremely kind, helpful and flexible. In my opinion the hotel has the best location in the town. It seems the rooms are of different standard. My friends had a nice room for 4 persons, whereas my bathroom was old and not working properly.

Reading the other reviews makes me think that we were probably very fortunate with our room, which was on the front corner of the hotel, so we had twin aspect and all seemed very comfortable. Joel, the manager was a real gentleman and made our stay a memorable one.

Feedback I have is basically the same as the others. There is really nothing going for the hotel except for the location which is right smack in the middle of the old town. On the hotel, it's super old and tired. Connected to the church St Francoise, there are 3 storeys in the hotel. Rooms are small and cramped with... More

This hotel saved our holiday! I can't say enough how nice the owner/manager was and thank him for managing to squeeze us in last minute, excellent central location and had everything we needed for our trip as well.

Arrived in Annecy late looking for an inexpensive hotel. On the positive side, as other reviewers have said the hotel is in an excellent location. Our room on the second floor was clean and a reasonable price at- 76€ per night. The owner/manager and staff were friendly and helpful. On the negative side, the room was dark with a low... More

For a two night stay in Annecy we wanted a central location so we could leave the car behind. In fact we had to park in a public car park but that was not a problem. There were plenty of problems with the hotel sadly. Electrical issues (bathroom light not working consistently), rooms described as having views actually looking out... More

This is a small, very basic, older hotel with narrow corridors and even narrower stairs. No lift. There are steps at the entrance to the hotel and a couple of steps here and there to get to the rooms. Don’t arrive before 15h. I arrived at 14h45 and was told to return after 15h. As I insisted that I had... More

Shabby, small rooms, worn down, not clean. Folding beds, from which the planks fell out of the bed base during the night. If you could find out how to turn on the shower, the water was either boiling hot or cold. Wifi was available, but connection was impossible. Certainly the worst hotel I ever spent the night.
