I have stayed at Courcheneige on several occasions for more than 25 years. This year our family of 10 stayed for skiing holidays 8 days in February. The Hotel is renovated and new management has taken over. Renovation is fine and has increased the standard; but the new management has many smaller problems to solve before the place is considered...

It was only a matter of time before the inevitable happened and sadly it now has. Have never stayed at this hotel but was always a great place to stop for refreshments and lunch. Prices always seemed to good to be true for the location, and the bar had such a lovely atmosphere with a fire, comfy sofas and friendly...

Not very good. Been staying most years since 1992. Will need serious persuading to venture back.Like most other reviews boot room a huge improvement.Public areas decor good except fires and candles only lit on Friday night when leaving Saturday why? Bar prices hiked 50% plus on last year prices. Historically deemed good value. Happy for prices rose go up a...

As French family, we were very concerned by terrible recent reviews from English people. I can't understand those reviews because the hotel is just great. Breakfast and dinner are excellent with an Italian flavor from the chef. The rooms are confortable. Ski shop is just amazing with real ski out. Pierre and his staff are very friendly. For this price...

Staff very helpful and very patient especially with some of the complaints they...

We have been for many years in Courcheneige. This year, the hotel has been slighlty refurbished with a face lift for the restaurant, bar & Lobby. The ski shop has been outsourced to a team of dedicated profesionnals who do a great job. The old hotel management team as well as the great cooks seems to be gone with the...

Nice bar, nice terrace. Outside area shuts too early though given its location. Service was very slow and the staff inside are a bit aloof but the pizza is pretty good and a good size. Staff in the outside bars were friendly and chatty.

We spent a long weekend at the Courcheneige this year - have been returning guests for more than 10 years. The redecorating is very nice and cohesive. The ski in ski out doesn't get any better and the new ski shop and ski room is spacious and with outstanding service. Super friendly staff both in the hotel and the restaurant....

I have been skiing to so many places but the staff here went over and beyond to meet our needs the whole time. The location of this place is out of this world, the rooms are lovely but most of all the staff are amazing. We were greeted by the new restaurant manager on our first day and he looked...

We have stayed here a number of times in the past but stopped as it was getting very tired . I understand it has been refurbished but cannot comment on that. However the Petit Stop which for years has been excellent value is now far more expensive, which i guess is why it was near empty when we visited. What...
