We have stayed twice at the hotel and love it very much as the convenience of it. Near the slopes right in the centre of Courchevel and staff are lovely and the rooms are cosy. The only problem which is such a shame is THE FOOD. We have ate in the restaurant three time to see if the first time... More

Stayed here for three nights over Easter. By far the most reasonably placed hotel we could find in Courchevel for a relatively late booking. Located in Couchevel Village (formerly 1550). Ski in ski out location (well, within 20m). Easy access to rest of 3 Valleys- we made it to and back from Val Thorens on Day 1 with no difficulties.... More

This hotel is a clear example of the power of Trip Advisor. The other reviews below sum up the positives and the negatives very well - so we knew just what we were getting. For us the positives were: • great location - 20 metres walk to skis on/off. 5 minutes walk down the road to the village centre. •... More

A decent, very friendly 3 star hotel near the top end of 1550. Great location - from the boot room you just cross the road and then you can ski across to and from the bottom of the Tovets blue run. It's also 50 yards from the bus stop. The staff - and the cat - are very friendly, especially... More

First the positives. The hotel is reasonably priced (for Courchevel). It is pretty nearly ski in ski out - just a short climb up a 20m track to the slope (not for absolute beginners). Wifi is free and fast. Nice lobby / bar area with an open fire. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great pastries at breakfast. But.... Our... More

A lovely, cosy hotel with easy access to the slopes (from just across the road you can ski down to the 1550 lift). We travelled as a group and the staff were extremely friendly and looked after us fabulously during our stay. They let us keep some rooms to shower in after our last morning of skiing and looked after... More

Comfortable, clean hotel with the advantage of ski in/ski out and easy access for the lift to 1850 and walk to 1650. Lovely staff and good food. The jacuzzi, steam room & sauna are an added bonus after a hard day skiing

Was on a long weekend. Had a little trouble finding with with google maps but that is the worst thing I could say and it was probably googles fault ;-)) The room was big enough, good amenities, and a terrific view from the balcony. It is sort of ski and ski out but not for a beginner skier. The restaurant... More

This hotel is, technically, ski in- ski out although if snow conditions are patchy down to 1550 the run to the walk out area for the hotel is "gnarly" to say the least. 1550 is well served by the Grangettes bubble and the walk uphill to the hotel at the end of the day is not too bad. The food,... More
