On the plus side our apartment was situated in a great position for lots of eateries and bars.
The stairwell up to the apartment is not suitable for people who are not good on their feet or have consumed lots of alcohol!

I don't know about the key situation. You'll have to contact the folks at Mon Hotel Particulier directly. As for the spiral stairs,MHP has an elevator, but you have to climb a small half set of spiral stairs to get to it... More
