Being a gold member, I had a certain trust on all Radisson blu hotels but clearly this was not the case. I was told by the hotel staff to leave my luggage at a certain place before going to breakfast. After I come back it’s gone. Hotel will not let me see the CCTV footage -

Hi there do you have Parking or where is the nearest car park please I will be there for 4 days next week
There is a parking garage in the same building than the hotel and quite near the entrance (we stayed a month ago). The route from the parking site to hotel was little complicated and signs were either unnoticeable or lacking. Not a big problem.

Dear guest, Indeed, The Radisson Blu Hotel, Lyon is nearby public transport. To go to Claude Bernard Quay : takes only 10 min. You can take in front of the Hotel, the tramway T1 Part-Dieu - Servient Direction Debourg. Alight at rue de l'université and then Get there on foot quai Claude Bernard 4 min (190m) . To go to Vieux Lyon : Takes only 15 min. You can take in front of the Hotel, the tramway T1 Part-Dieu - Servient Direction Debourg . Alight at Guillotière - Gabriel Péri - Walk 3 min (80m) to take the subway "Metro D" Guillotière - Gabriel Péri - Direction Gare de Vaise- Alight at Vieux Lyon.
