We stayed 6 nights at the "Tsanteleina" - everything was as good as expected - we can recommend this Hotel to everybody - there is not a single little thing to complain. Great Skiing area - we will come back for sure (as my father did for many years long time ago)

Good location, excellent, friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. I had stayed here before and the addition of the Spa is a welcome luxury and made the stay even more pleasant. Would recommend to others.

Tsanteleina is an expensive hotel by comparison to others of a similar standard and Im not sure its worth the extra. The refurbishment of the rooms is stylish but they rooms are still small - we had a mountain view superior room with separate sitting area but it was all cramped. Our teenagers had a standard room which was adequate... More

This hotel was just perfect for our stay (we are family with 2 children aged 10 and 12). The location is right next to the slopes so no walking miles in ski boots! Our room (on 4th floor) had beautiful view out to the slopes. An adequate spa/swimming pool to relax in after a days skiing and lovely atmosphere in... More

We had a wonderful stay at the Tsanteleina. The staff was very friendly and accommodating even with our large dog who was accompanying us on our vacation. The location is fantastic close to the ski slopes, restaurants and shops. The breakfast buffet was very fresh and delicious. We enjoyed the hotel bar and spa as well. Our room was comfortable... All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The wait staff was caught a little off guard by us ... so "American" and none of us fluent in French. But they continued to be polite and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

This hotel is in the center of the most beautifiul village i have visited in France. The staff were terrific, always asking if they could help us. The ski storage worked great and it was not a far walk to the lifts for fabulous skiiing and great restaraunts throughout. The bar was very comfortable as were the rooms.

This hotel did not offer value for money. It could have been a 3 star. The first room they gave us was so small you could not open the suitcase. We had to pay extra for a more reasonably sized room. Water was not offered.

I've stayed here many times and it never fails to provide a memorable stay. It's a great hotel in a great location and well run by the family and staff, with arguably the best positioned bar in Val, overlooking everything going on.

Hotel employees were welcoming, helpful and gave us excellent recommendation , great service! Location is perfect, public areas of the hotel are beautiful. Food is delicious. Not all the hotel rooms are the same and some of them does not stand at the level of the hotels, make sure that you ask for the latest renovated rooms.
