I happened on Baden Baden yesterday and stayed at The Rebenhof Hotel, excellent accommodations, in a suite with my husband and college-age offspring. While out exploring last night we came across Traube close by. As a food and travel writer, I was amazed by the high quality fresh local proteins and produce used in the preparations of dishes, the fantastic... More

What a lovely hotel with charming and hospitable staff. We were made to feel so welcome and the room was lovely with a balcony. Very good bed and we slept really well as it was so quiet - until the church bells started but even that seemed in keeping and inoffensive. Very pleasant village with lovely walks and wineries. Would... More

We had a lovely spacious room in the separate house with 4 poster and sofa/chair for 2 nights. Very quiet and peaceful as set back from the road. Comfortable bed, immaculate bathroom. No AC which made sleep difficult in heat. This hotel is a good way out of Baden-Baden centre but as we had stayed in centre last year and... More

August 2013 - Very welcoming hotel. Staff friendly and helpful and spotlessly clean rooms. Enjoyable, fresh breakfast. Evening menu good choice and delicious food (slightly pricey but worth the money) Which can be served in garden in good weather. Sister restaurant (relaxed atmosphere) offers alternate menu a short 5 minute walk along road also excellent. Garage parking for motorbikes.

If you have been reading my other TA reviews, you should know my opinion of German cuisine is less than overwhelmingly positive. And so it was until my family and I dined here. We ordered an amazing asparagus soup, and the veal, lamb leg and salmon mains were cooked with some degree of skill. Topping things off was the fact... More
