Have stayed there a couple of times now and it is always good to be there. The staff is very friendly and booking works very well via email. You can cancle late even at the day of arrival until 18:00h, especially a good option for business traveller. Breakfast is abundant and fair priced at EUR 9 for the supplied buffet....

The hotel has that typical German touch, a bit classic, cosy, almost like family and generous. The service is friendly, breakfast very good. The room is good, enough space to work, a little out of fashion, but clean. And every day a nice bottle of sparkling water served by the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood...

The Berliner Hof is located within a few walking minutes of the palace gardens and the city centre with all the major bus and tram stops. For a weekend visit, there's simply no better base to start from. It's clean, quiet, tidy,well-kept and has modern fittings in the en-suite bathroom. The staff was friendly, so I'll definitely be staying there again...

The hotel can be easily reached by public transportation, it is very close to Europaplatz where many trams, S-bahns and buses stop. The stuff was fine, they answered my request for iron and leaving the luggage after check-out. Hotel has a sauna but I did not try it. The breakfast was very tasteful and with a decent offer of healthy...

Business-type hotel with lots of staff. Our room was large and modern, with very good facilities, however there was quite a lot of intrusive street noise. Breakfast buffet was good, with a wide selection. Bicycle storage was offered under cover within the hotel's private parking area.

Wonderfully helpful staff. Fresh and extensive breakfast well worth the additional 9 Euros. While my room was smallish, it was clean, modern, and well designed. The TV had a number of English language stations which I have found to be atypical for less than business class places. The Wi-fi was spotty at best but overall, its wonderfully located and a...

Stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting my son who's working in Karlsruhe. Ideally situated between the Palace and the main shopping area around Kaiserstraße. Clean and tidy with a decent breakfast, a good mid-budget hotel. About 25mins walk from the railway station.

Friendly staff, good quiet room at the back of the hotel, parking for small cars, great location - just outside pedestrian zone, and easy walking to shops, restaurants and castle. Good breakfast buffet.

Clean hotel, rooms and facilities. Great staff, positive experience. Don't forget to use the Sauna down stairs. Free bike rentals. Convenient location near the town. Comfortable beds and good sized bathrooms. We would go back.

It doesn't look very appealing, it's small and a bit cramped, but the rooms are more than ok and the breakfast buffet, at only 9 euro, is very much ok. Berliner Hof is a basic hotel, but it offers good quality and is also very affordable. Conventiently located in the city centre, with parking.
