Room furnitures are very old and incomfortable. My bed was making noise everytime I moved. But the worse is; I droped some yogurt on my room carpet. Tried to clean some of it and I tought room cleaner can handle the rest easly. When I come back in the evening, they charged me 300€ for carpet. They said it is...

Management response:

Dear passenger1900, We appreciate your comments. Indeed the spots created by your dropping blackberry yoghurt on the floor were at first at not to be cleaned and a customary cleaning charge would have been applicable. We thank you indeed for finding a cleaning device that did the trick and obviously this eliminated the charge. We look forward hosting you again...

Location of hotel – I would say location is excellent. Located just beaside the main shopping road in Stuttgart center. It is just 1 km from Stuttgart station. Accessibility – One can catch taxi from Airport/train station or trains to reach the nearest train station to hotel Surroundings – Busting with people and market around, the surrounding is quite lively....

Although the hotel has a great location just 1 km from the main train station in the corner of the main shopping street. Was nice to see it has been getting renovated: the rooms are a bit old and smelly, the AC was not working so it has been a long warm night what I have spent there. Otherwise bathroom...

This is a city centre hotel with all those disadvantages and it was undergoing a refurbishment. Also we seemed amongst very few guests in a big hotel! We had 2 rooms for 4 adults and a child, both rooms were large but very dated. These is a great lack of sockets in both rooms. The bathrooms were small with 2...

The hotel is in a great location close to Stadtmitte.Though not so inspiring from the outside once you are in the hotel you can see the quality. The furnishings and décor are to a high standard and the bedroom was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. The staff very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again!

This hotel lies just at the top end of the Konigstrasse, a gentle 20 minute walk from the main station. The reception area was very small but the welcome was warm and efficient. Walking down the narrow corridor to my room I felt a touch of the time-warps, and my bedroom proved to be just that. It was small though...

The room was clean and everything was by the book, just what you expect from a hotel. Even though the hotel is old fashion, the bathroom is new and modern. The stuff is polite. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Only the mattress on the bed was a little too old.

I stayed here for three nights while on business in Stuttgart. The room and hotel had all the basic amenities you'd want in a business hotel. There is a typical European breakfast every morning (who really eats blood sausages at 7 am) with very few "healthy" choices of fresh fruit, but I made do with the sort of "soft" boiled...

The Hotel has an old charm to it, clean and very neat. Our double room was spacious, beautiful wood frame window that could open really wide. Well situated close to the metro, and very central so that you could walk easily into town and see landmarks. Warm breakfast available, and a large variety of cold breakfast food available too. Unfortunately...

“Even though i changed my room after one night from 1st floor to the 3rd, i would not recommend this hotel for single room. Both times the rooms are at the back of the hotel which is good, more quiet than the front of the hotel. None of both rooms i had have temperature control. Single rooms were small too.”
