I spent three nights in this hotel for 2019/2020 New Year Eve.
The room was small but clean, there is a good bakery just next to the hotel for breakfast and free parking 5' from the hotel. Subway is just 2' walk and you can reach the city centre with a 20' trip.
Unfortunately on the afternoon of December 31st in all hotel hot water stopped working, and when I left on January 1st still the issue had not been fixed. No apologies from the hotel reception desk

The receptionist of the evening shift between 19:00 and 19:30 on 1 August 2022 was extremely rude. Not even close to the lowest standards of hospitality.
We booked a room in Leto Hotel Moosach that now is B&B Hotel via the booking service, but it was still Leto Motel on the reservation with the same address. First, we came to the desk and the receptionist rejected to check our booking detailes at all, bc in the receipt he saw the logo of the accommodation service, not the B&B and told us that we’re at the wrong place.
We checked the map and the online reservation again, and found out that everything was right. We came back to the front desk and asked to check other numbers from the reservation, but it didn’t work. Then we were told in the rude manner, that we’re just wasting his time and there is a row of people as we’re not… and we should go away. After a while we came back and asked to look up the reservation by our surnames, and finally it worked. We also asked him how can we address him, but he said that he wouldn’t tell us, which is weird. The receptionist asked us to pay as there was no information about payment in the computer, however it was already prepaid. We showed him the receipt from the website where the payment is seen with the details and again he rejected any papers from this booking service and insisted on paying or leaving.
Fortunately, the service team from the booking service showed great performance and our issue was solved after we contacted them. Suddenly the receptionist approached us at the hall and said that he can check us in. And after he registered us he told that there were no problems with him, it’s a system error and no one’s fault and we were just disturbing him for nothing. But obviously the thing is his attitude towards us from the start. He was not trying to help us at all, but wanted to get rid of us and literally treated like trash, not people.
Actually, my bf comes from hospitality management field and has a rich working experience working in the premium chain Lotte Hotel, so he wouldn’t dispute with no significant reason. And I have stayed at B&B not long ago in Budapest and was satisfied with the service. I always knew that it is a nice place for a budget stay with helpful staff. So both of us were completely shocked and disappointed.

I hope that this situation will be taken seriously by the B&B management because the incompetence of the single team member shouldn’t spoil the reputation of the whole company. And I still believe that what happened is an exception.

Excellent budget hotel - clean and modern with very good transport links to all of Munich right outside the door.
Hotel very quiet despite being right next to the railway line (you dont hear the trains unless your window is open and even then theyre not very loud).

Wifi worked in our room as well as hotel

Nice bakery adjacent to hotel for breakfast at a sensible price too.

This is my second visit to this hotel and will definately look at this hotel again in the future if I am in the Munich area again.

Hotel has a secure parking garage but I am not sure if there is a charge for this or not as we didnt have a car

I like this chain of hotels for their great value for money and convenience - especially when you get there late.

However this particular hotel has zero information on how to get into the garage, and no matter what number you try (door code or room number), it doesn’t work.

No help option either.

Don’t go there in a car after opening hours unless you want to get up at 6 am to move the car from the only other parking option in the area.

The check-in process is easy and staff is helpful. I only stayed one night and the room was more than adequate and quiet. I thought the bed, pillows, and blankets were amazingly comfortable. The shower was also nice, with hot with good water pressure. And even though it’s not in the center of Munich, it is just a few steps from the U-Bahn & S- Bahn. If I were with my family, the rooms might be too small, but for one or two travelers, I thinks it’s great. A perfect budget option!

Early on Saturday morning we booked a room here for Sunday night. We were advised there would be no one at the reception until 4:00 p.m. We arrived on time, finding a note on their locked door saying that reception is at 5:00. We waited until then, but still no one home. We then called their number and a recorded message stated that we were calling outside of their service hours. We waited longer; still no one home. Called again. Same recorded message. We had nothing better to do than to search for another hotel (fortunately there was one nearby with a vacancy). Later that night, around 9 p.m., we received a message from B&B with an access code and welcoming us to their hotel. What kind of service is this?

Andrea at reception is very friendly. Very comfortable room. There were five of us and we had a room on each of the floors. I stayed in the suite type room on the third floor, this in my opinion was the best. Had kitchen and seating area. Would stay here again. Very close to numerous public transport options.

My teen son and I just stayed a week at the LetoMotel. It's nothing fancy, but has all that you need. The beds are comfortable the shower is big and the whole room is clean. The motel itself is in a safe area and secure. You need a room key to operate the elevator. The tram & bus are right outside the front door and the S & U are both a 2 minute walk. Our room faced the trains, while not the best view (I'm not in the room for the view anyway but to sleep), it wasn't bother some. I'm a light sleeper so with ear plugs (recommended anywhere you stay) I slept soundly. Transportation is cheap! Purchase a Isacard for the best deal for Munich area. When you travel out of the city purchase a Bavarian Ticket, Good for all of Bavaria and Munich for the day. We went to Fussen, Salzburg and Nuremberg each trip will only cost 26euro for 2 (adults). Kids 14yrs and under travel free (with adult) and they also get into Museums free. There is No need to purchase a group tour to see the sights. It's very easy and as you can see cheap to do on your own. Above cards are good for use after 9am, but trains are scheduled to leave after 9:45 so plenty of time to get there. It takes 20 mins by bus to get to center station to catch DB. I pre-booked Neuschwanstein and saved time standing in line. I recommend it. Its a 2hr train ride and you have to pick up your tickets at least 1 hr before your scheduled tour time. Our time slot was at 1:55. We got there in time to eat and walk up to destination. There are not a lot of food choices near LetoMotel, but there are some. The Italian restaurant across the street might not meet health codes. If you walk 10 minutes or so there is a great Bavarian restaurant and another (up to code) Italian restaurant. There is a ATM/Post a few doors down and a grocery store near by. Pastries right next door are delicious and also another one by the grocery store. All staff speak English, and are very helpful. We arrived early, so they stowed our bags. Free Wi-Fi, you enter a password, adjust your system to accept cookies and you don't need to keep entering password. This is a great place to stay. Loved the convenience to all transportation and local destinations are quick to get to. I will stay here again when visiting Munich. No complaints!

I should start by saying that my husband works for an international hotel chain with 540 hotels around the world, and I travel for work 75+ days per year; we are very used to staying in hotels all around the world. We feel that we have experienced a gross invasion of privacy, unlike anything we have ever experienced at a hotel before.

I shared my concerns with LetoMotel and they did nothing to remedy the situation, aside from offering us breakfast at the quick-service bakery next door (10 Euro for two people).

Before a housekeeper enters the room, standard procedure has always, in my experience been: Knock— Announce that housekeeping is outside the door— Knock – Slowly enter room.

While at LetoMotel, my husband and I were absolutely shocked by the practices from the housekeeping staff. Every single day, before 10 a.m., we would get one knock on the door, then a member of the LetoMotel staff quickly opening the door and entering.

We were getting over jet-lag and were sleeping later than we normally would, thus getting ready later than we normally would.

The first day, I was in the shower, with the bathroom door open while my husband was getting dressed in the bedroom (was not yet dressed). We received ONE knock on the door, then a housekeeper was IN OUR ROOM. It was a frightening and uncomfortable experience for my husband to have to run across the room to attempt to shut the door to the bathroom (to protect me), while having to shove the front door shut on the housekeeper (to protect himself). The male housekeeper was already halfway in the room and saw both myself and my husband completely unclothed.

This happened every single day — a housekeeper would enter after ONE knock, as early as 9 a.m., not identifying themselves, finding us in several uncomfortable situations— in the middle of getting dressed, in the shower/bathroom and in bed.

With how the bathrooms are designed, there is one sliding door so you can either have the door to the toilet OR door to the shower closed and this is located right at the door to the room.

Again, this happened Every- Single- Day. To the point where we had anxiety and were uncomfortable anytime we were in our room, feeling that at any moment someone could barge right in.

It was extra uncomfortable seeing the housekeeper in the hotel’s common areas and elevator, after he had seen us naked the previous days.

One of the days we were not ready to leave our room at 10:00 a.m. so politely asked the staff to return in 30 minutes. We were told that unless we left right then, we would not get our room freshened up as the housekeeping staff was leaving for the day.

The final day, we received a knock at the door at 10 a.m. to clean (checkout is 11:00 am). We asked the housekeeping staff if they could come back in one hour once we were finished packing. At 11:05, we were zipping our suitcases up and getting organized to leave for a trans-Atlantic flight, and the housekeeper returned with a loud, forceful knock, telling us to leave as it was past checkout time. Five minutes past checkout time seems a quite aggressive for guests paying more than $1,000 for a five night stay.

If hotel policy is that room cleaning occurs at a certain time daily, and the room should be vacated at that time in order to be cleaned, guests should be advised at the time they check-in.
One time, I would write it off to accident. Five times, feels predatory. Frankly I have had more privacy in a hostel and would have rather stayed in one over LetoMotel.

The rooms are clean and neat. Basic amenities provided. Free wifi, tv, shampoo and soap provided. Towels are good. Pillow and bed are comfortable.

It's in the middle of all transportation mode. Bus, tram and train. There is a 1 euro parking for 24 hours just behind the motel too. It is about 6 minutes drive to the city centre. Location is good as it is 5 minutes to Olympic park if you are in Munich for BMW museum.

24 hours reception service, if you needed anything, you would need to go down to reception. No phone to call.

The room I stayed was quiet and the noise from the modes of transportation didn't wake us up.

There is a bakery downstairs that opens at 6am for you to have breakfast.

There is also a kebab place opposite the motel that opens till late . So if you are hungry at night, that's your option.

The negative, probably won't happen too often.
We checked it at 3pm to room 118. We went out and came back at 6pm and our room keys were not working, so we went down to reception and she said to us " oh so you are staying in this room. We couldn't find out who was staying in this room" she then asked who checked us in and it was obviously her that checked us in but she just didn't admit it, the worst thing is that she said she checked in another couple to our room and that couple entered our room and saw all our bags so they came down to tell her about it.
This made my husband and I so uncomfortable as the motel just gave up our privacy and access to our room to another couple. We didn't feel so comfortable at night in our room because we were afraid some
One else might come Into our room so we ended up having to put our luggages behind the door!!!!

Well, with all that said, there wasn't a simple apology but just explanation on why the room keys didn't work because of the above.

As I said, this shouldn't be an occurring issue in the motel, if the above didn't happen to us, then this motel would have been excellent, now it is just very good.

Enjoy!

Yes, they have a garage and you pay 10 Euro. But there are some free public parking spaces around the Hotel that may be available - but have nothing to do with the Hotel. I don't know about early check-in since we always arrive in the evenings, so you could call the Hotel and ask - if they have a room free they surely will try to accomodate you - they are very friendly.
