I selected this hotel as it was right near the main train station (bahnhof). The accommodation was not as nice as the pictures, so it's very basic. If you're only after a bed and shower then this place is suitable but if you like your luxury, then this place is not suitable at all (we found a dead cockroach in...

The staff here was very rude, especially the night shift manager, who was on duty on both 17th & 18th (she was in black suit, unlike other desk girls), we proceeded to the front desk with execellent mode and bright smile but in return she gave us cold stare. She was very rude and definitely not the suitable person to be...

The hotel is well located just opposite the Haupt Bahnhof and in the Center of Munich. If you have a room on the 7th and last floor, like I did, you will need to take elevator to the 6th and walk up a flight of stairs through 2 fire doors. So if you have mobility problems ensure you get a...

A very good location, the central station is infront of the hotel. The room is small, but is good for two. The breakfast is very good, the best we had in Germany. We don't had any problems with the hotel, but the staff is not so good, we have to leave the key of the apartment every time we leave...

Good location, nice staff with adequate English. The breakfast is OK, although pricy at 13€ which is a lot compare to one at the coffee shops around. The room is OK, not loud and clean but not that big for 2 people. Since we were mainly outside I consider this hotel expensive to what it provides, 150€ for each of...

Good, clean place with helpful staff for a good price. Right across the street from the train station which was pretty excellent. Seen some complaints, but most are unfounded and whiney. The room was nice and clean, with the only real issue being no AC, which wasn't a problem for me since I was there in the fall, but I...

The hotel was good. It was very close to Munich Hauptbahnhof so convenient for sightseeing and discovering the city. We got in while the Oktoberfest was underway and so a lot of people moving around who were enjoying the festivities. Our room was clean and quiet enough that we weren't disturbed by all the activity on the streets. We enjoyed...

This hotel is in the centre of Munich. We were attending the beer festival which was less than a mile away. The rooms were a little tight but served their purpose. In all they were clean and tidy. I would avoid using the bar as this is very expensive double the normal price and manned intermittently. Overall the stay was...

Good location next to the train station. Elevator fits two people or 1 person and a roller bag. Room was quite small but clean, no AC which was an issue still in late September this year. Breakfast is spendy and it's much easier to just walk across the street to the train station to pickup coffee and a pastry at...
