For families or travellers on a buget this hotel is fine. Rooms are clean and very basic. Close to shops and train station. Breakfast selection is sufficient with the usual tea and coffee selection, pastries and cold meats with eggs and sausages on offer. I do find it a tad noisy though as the walls are incredibly thin

It was much worser than the photos on the website no coffee machine as it is written on the website the rooms are so poor no enough pillows or duvets And they are smelly also the breakfast was fine and the bed was clean I think it dosen't worth the price it had to be cheaper

I have used the Econtel on a number of occasions being convenient for work visits. There is a dedicated business floor where you get a good big room with a sofa seating area which is nice if staying a number of days. Rooms are clean and tidy, Bathroom the same, over the bath shower works well. Breakfast is very good...

Clean facility, friendly staff, convenient to transportation, and a delicious breakfast! We had a great time in Munich and were happy we chose Econtel Hotel, Munich to lay our head down at night. There were no complaints from us on our stay here. It was just perfect for what we needed. Just remember there are quirks to every hotel that...

This a mixed review for the Econtel Hotel München (Munich). The positives and negatives are as follows: Negatives: 1. No air conditioning in the room. This is a big deal in the summer as the room got very warm. 2. No screens on the windows so I couldn't open them even though the room was very warm since it lacked...

Hotel was not bad, a bit old looking, staff were nice and helpfull. The location was a bit far from everything. There is a train station nearby about 5 minutes walk and if you want to take the train to the city centre it will take about 35 minutes. at nights you do hear the trains passing by clearly.

We stayed outside Munich for the weekend. The breakfast was not included but was worth the 9€. The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and professional. Located two blocks from the metro line that takes you into the city center. I'll stay again next time I'm in Munich.

Visited this hotel before travelling towards austria. It is relatively cheap and has a good breakfast, definitely should book this when you book this hotel. The pizzeria across the street is a great place to eat.

“If you are going for Oktoberfest and can't or don't want to pay the exorbent room prices in Munich this hotel is a good choice. Most of the people stayng there came for Oktoberfest and booked it for the same reasons we did. Price and location to the train station. The train stations is literally right around the corner with direct route to central Munich and the Airport.”
