We stayed here in early September. I am quite familiar with Munich and I was keen not to stay to close to the hauptbahnof as it's noisy, and a tad sleazy. This hotel is just off Nympenburg Strasse at the Lowenbrau Keller end. It's a nice quiet residential area. The hotel itself is comfortable, with large rooms, an excellent buffet...

After a long international flight we arrived at the hotel in the morning and were able to check in straight away. The room was very modern and clean, it certainly looked a lot better than what we thought we had booked. It is a nice walk into Marienplatz and they are some small places to eat nearby. There was a...

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights during our trip to Munich. The staff was very friendly (and English speaking). The hotel was very clean and located in a nice area. Our room had a small balcony looking over a residential street. Wifi was free in the lobby and was pretty fast. Breakfast was included and so delicious!...

I stayed at the Hotel Erzgiesserei as it was booked for me through work. I found the hotel to be very pleasant. I unfortunately did not have air conditioning in my room. I did not find this to pleasing so I actually had to move to a room with ac. After this I found the stay very pleasant. I would...

I chose this hotel for a long weekend I wanted to spend in the Bavarian capital. It ended up being a good decision. The hotel is fairly central (a 15 minute walk from the main train station in Munich, 1 stop with the subway, or a €6 taxi ride). It is clean, modern and nice. It has all of the...

My room was huge. The window was small, but suffient lighting through lamps. Walking distance to subway. Located in residential area and great restaurants are a block away. Internet costs extra (7eur) but worked great. Phone also great. Bed comfortable, room air conditioned and very clean and everyone super helpful. Nice bathroom. Enjoyed my stay.

We were on business trip and we chose this hotel purely because of location. But it turned out to be a good choice; clean rooms, good parking, helpful desk staff, good breakfast. We arrived late so we decided not to go out but to have dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. It was as good as hotel, list was...

Very good hotel. Close to the city center, fine rooms and helpful staff. They have bicycles vi could use for free and that really made it for us. Münich is perfect for biking and we enjoyed the stay in the hotel and in the city.

The bar tender has asked for 6€ for a bottle of water, and when we said it is a bit expensive he put a humiliating smile on his face. In addition the personnel is not helpful, ı suggest you find a another hotel not to get upset. It is ridicolous to have such negative people in tourism industry.
