Stayed at the Uhland for 4 nights. Old building with a lot of charm. Room was a bit small and carpet a bit worn but otherwise the room was reasonably well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a decent selection of cereals and coldcuts. Staff very accommodating, holding one of my bags for 2 days while I...

I spent two nights in this hotel while attending a meeting at the nearby Hospital. It is in a quiet part of town. It is located in a quiet area outside of the main historic area, but is only around a 20 minute walk by way mostly of pedestrian malls. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, which is not unusual...

We just stayed for one night as just passing through. Hotel is very near to S bahn station, so very convient if you want to see a bit more of the town. We had a family room which was quite spacious with comfy beds. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast...

This Hotel is not super-modern by any standards, but we weren't really expecting that because of the reviews we had read on TripAdvisor. Our room was pretty basic. Spacious, but the bathroom was a little crowded. Beds were comfortable. We couldn't really keep the windows open at night because early in the morning there were blood donor trucks coming and...

The staff were happy to give sightseeing suggestions, directions and book tour. A lovely breakfast room and delicious breakfast buffet were a highlight. We liked the individual duvets on the large double bed in the good size room.

Hotel Uhland is located in an old mansion about a 20 minute walk from Old Town Munich. The rooms are nothing fancy, but the beds have down mattresses, blankets, and huge pillows. Parking is free behind the building. Free internet in the lounge. Breakfast is included and is very good, with a mill to grind fresh grains for your yogurt...

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Uhland for the third time over Thanksgiving weekend, 2009. It’s a lovely hotel outside the city ring but an easy 10-15 minute walk to the main walking/shopping/sightseeing areas in Munich. We’ve not stayed here for Oktoberfest but the location is literally less than 5 minutes from the fest area. The staff is very...

This hotel is located in a quiet, residential area of Munich. The staff are helpful and friendly and the breakfast was hearty and good quality. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of town or about 6 euros in a taxi which is required on the way home after a late night during the colder months! The room was...

As we stayed for six nights, we decided to pay extra for one of the bigger rooms. It was a lovely room, old fashioned but very clean, comfortable and gigantic. Besides a very large bed, it had a sofa, desk, chairs and a TV…oh and a very reasonably priced mini-bar. The bathroom was also very roomy. The breakfasts were tasty...
