It is located in downtown of Munich walking distance to famous square as well as shopping center. The breakfast was good . One of the staff ( Heyga) was very helpful. However I am talking about 3 star hotel but it was one of the best 3 star hotels.

As a regular visitor to this beautiful city with a wealth of history, it is a pleasure to stay in a hotel which is located in the heart of the old town of Munich, a stones throw away from the Viktualienmarkt. A pleasant walk through the old town in all directions brings you to one historic landmark after the next.... More

This is a great hotel, centrally located in the old town, steps from all the shopping, restaurants and market. The hotel is super clean, quiet, and the service was outstanding even though they were very busy during Octoberfest! We couldn't have been more satisfied. The breakfast was also great the next day. I would return.

Wife and I stayed two nights in November, 2016. We paid for a "premium double room"--not cheap at about $200 per night. However, this included a very nice breakfast and the location was unbeatable--just off the Marienplatz, basically across the street from the Viktualienmarkt. (On the morning we departed, we left the hotel at 0630 and were able to catch... More

I really like this hotel. It is very comfortable and in the middle of the city. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent, although I miss the Birchermuesli. The hotel has also a very good restaurant. Clearly recommended.

An old building but very well maintain. It is located in downtown of Munich walking distance to famous square as well as shopping center. Easily access to Hotel parking but costly 22 Euro per day. Recently spent two nights in a single room with ensuite. Was going to do a shared bath until I learned it was on another floor. Room had plenty of space to store luggage and stuff. We stayed here for 4 nights and couldn't be happier. This hotel updated, clean, tidy and comfortable. It is very centrally located to transport and Marienplatz. The staff are fantastic and very friendly. The breakfast is a standout and would be the best breakfast we had over our 5 week holiday. Would highly recommend.

This is a good, central location, and the breakfast was great. But do not book the shared bathroom. We were on level 1 and there was only 1 male cubicle and 1 female cubicle on level 2.
