Stayed here on a recent business trip and location is ideal for those wishing to be based in central Munich. Hotel itself is pleasant but a little dated (wallpaper a bit to eclectic for me!), however it served its purpose and the staff there were nice as well.

This hotel had a great location. It was short walk to majority of the main attractions. It was a block away from the Residenez München and the beer hall Hofbräuhaus München. It was also a close walk to the Viktualienmarkt a daily food market. The place was clean and quiet. In addition, there breakfast was far beyond what you typically... More

My athlete left an item in the hotel - which the found and confirmed they'd found it. Only for them to claim a few days later that they did not have it. Really do not like dishonesty in hoteliers. Our athletes go to Munich regularly so we won't be staying here again.

Only positive thing, it's located close to everything in walking distance to the heart of Munich. It's impossible to find street parking, 21 Euros for overnight parking garage. Very poor breakfast, cheap cold cuts, no ham, hard boiled eggs, no scrambled eggs. Rooms are tiny, beds are so narrow that I fell out twice the first night because I miscalculated.... More

When we arrived we were told we would spend 1 night in 1 room and then switch to a different room for our remaining 4 nights. Obviously we were upset with this as it was inconvenient, and we got little explanation. Upon going to our room we realized it was a single room - we had booked a double. Again,... More

We stayed here for one night. We stayed in the apartment at the top of the hotel. To get there we had to get out of the lift at level 3 and climb long curvy stairs. It wasn't that convenient lugging our luggage up and down those stairs particularly for one night only. The room looked nice. Interesting and arty.... More

I stayed here for a one night and as we arrived late we decide not to overpay just to overnight!so we stayed at this great location! the hotel was closed and it was a sign to me to enter my code and to grab the keys. I guess if someone is non-English speaking will come so late as I am... More

It is a small hotel, clean, near Marienplatz (although I had difficulty finding it). Yes, the receptionist was very sweet and put out a lovely breakfast in the morning. Still, just rather charmless overall and if i were ever back in Munich I would try a different place.

Super nice receptionist...very helpful. I left a sweater behind and they called immediately to let me know. Neat place, kinda hidden on a back alley...super close to Marienplatz without paying the prices that Marienplatz demands. Decor is different...cute. Black and white with red. Lots of designs. (Stripes, houndstooth, etc) Tiny rooms, but comfortable enough. I stayed on the 4th floor... More

The location is great: close to all the main sights, restaurants etc. The hotel is small (20 rooms?) rather than boutique but staff were friendly and breakfast is good. The drawback is the size of the rooms; first room we were given would be OK as a single but definitely not OK for 2 people. Helpful receptionist did change it... More
