Stayed here just for the one night but wished it was for longer. First up it's brilliantly located in the centre of the old city. Just walk out the front door and all this fabulous little town has to offer is at your beck and call. The hotel itself is really nice. Staff are great, friendly and efficient. The room... More

Really nice and cosy hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast is not very rich, but various enough. Location is excellent. No room service and restaurant for dinner, but there are a lot of places just a few steps from the hotel. Very cosy cafe and lobby bar with library devoted to Regensburg. I have no doubt where to stay during my next... More

We arrived a few hours before a Saturday night wedding in the breakfast area/lobby/bar, and the staff was in a frenzy of preparation. We feared a disrupted night's sleep but we heard nothing. The only fault I have to mention is that--although the staff had tried to honor our preferences for a quiet deluxe double-our first room was awkwardly designed... More

Stayed here for only one night on way to Vienna and found it a very pleasant surprise, right in the heart of the town it was an easy walk to everywhere, shops are right on the doorstep. The hotel is clean, well decorated and comfortable, staff very helpful with good knowledge of the area. Good selection at breakfast, tasty and... More

Very nice and competent team with comprehensive local knowledge. The rooms are in an antique building with is brand new renovated and equipped with high standard materials. Very high attention to detail - eg the old frescos which have been kept in our room. The location is close to attractions like the cathedral and Danube (Steinerne Brücke)

The hotel was in a great location, good rooms, good choice of food at breakfast etc etc etc. What was outstanding though was the customer service and really helpful staff, who were courteous and coped admirably with our terrible German. After the Challenge Race they were very considerate and looked after us really well, even procuring a cup of tea... More

Spent 2 nights in this lovely hotel in an excellent central location just off the Domplatz. Comfortable rooms, private baths with doors, window to offer daylight but solid wood door to toilet room! Comfortable bed, plenty of outlets. In-room safe fits laptops. Nice coffee bar in lobby for tea in afternoon or drinks in evening. TV in bar for watching... More

Large spacious rooms. Nice furnishings. Clear and tidy. Great breakfast buffet. Available parking nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. I can think of no negatives from our visit. Therefore this is an excellent place to spend 4 days in Regensburg. The breakfast area in the morning is a small cafe in the afternoon. Perfect for Kaffeezeit with wonderful pastries and coffee...
