Hotel leisure facilities are excellent; swimming pool, sauna, steam room, solarium, fitness gym equipment. The breakfast each morning was fresh, with ample choice of continental buffet. However, the evening restaurant food is pretty poor, in fact, horrible, with no certain value for money. There is a lovely outside decked seating area. The rooms are very small, although extremely clean. I... More

The breakfast buffet at Hotel Apollo really offers a great choice and good quality, the location to the University is great and it is also well connected to public transport, but lots of little annoyances make me not want to come back ... The supersoft single bed killed my back, the pillow cover did not want to stay where it... More

The hotel is conveniently located near the University, even if in the opposite direction with respect to downtown, which is not at a walkable distance. The hotel is simply decorated, even if the room is a bit outdated; the cleaning leave is right. The personnel is courteous. A great breakfast is offered. Overall, prices are relatively low for which the... More

The hotel is so clean. The breakfast is very good. The problem the hotel is far from everything. No restaurants near to the hotel. No activities, nothing. It is the desert. This is frustrating. There is a swimming pool but it is also inside. The hotel has quite good restaurant. There are very few English channels in the TV.

I was looking for a hotel that was within easy access to the autobahn so I could continue my trip early the next morning. The bedrooms were simple but comfortable. Nothing fancy but for the price it was a good value. The breakfast served in the morning was nice and not too expensive. Check in and out was very easy.... More

Hotel chosen as being close to the motorway for an overnight stop on way to Zagreb. Like most people have said is clean, staff do their best to help, rooms are of good size etc etc. Had dinner here and it was ok and for the modest charge was value for money. Breakfast at only €7 was fine, and again... More

Stayed one night while attending concert in city. Hotel is located near autobahn and university plus the new stadium which is nearing completion. However it is a little way outside city centre but no problem with own car. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Would happily stay here again.

I was just looking for something clean and cheap to get my head down for a few hours to break up a long drive. The reception staff were very helpful, rooms are clean and spacious, dated but immaculately clean. Breakfast was nothing special, typical continental and only a few minutes off the motor way. A great place for a pit... More
