I spend one night there. After 8 hours long drive it was really nice to rest there. Hotel is located in rather old building in quiet neighborhood. Everything is like it should be. Room, restaurant, service and parking place. I would recommend to anyone who looks for a place to rest.

The Hotel St. Michael is a catholic convention centre operated by Caritas and has 40 rooms. It is quietly located on a hill just outside of the town.. The town centre lies in 15 minutes walking distance. The hotel gives the impression of an old people’s home or a sanatorium. The rooms are simply decorated, kept clean and the beds...

Stayed here for business. Rooms are a bit on the small side if you spend your nights there. It's nice and quiet though so i slept very well. Would advice management to change the pillows! Breakfast was good. Hot items like scrambled eggs are on reqeust. Would recommend for a few nights!

We stayed here for one night whilst driving the Romantic Road. The reception staff were very friendly. The room was odd! It was very large, but had no sense of personality or warmth at all. It was actually very warm in there as there is no air conditioning and the windows wouldn't stay open, but the room itself is really...

We stayed here for three nights and used it as a base to explore this northern part of the German Romantic Road. The hotel is located on a height on the edge of the old town. This means that it is in a quiet location but a five to ten minute stroll would take you into the old town centre....

My work takes me to Tauberbischofsheim. I make it a point to stay at the St Michael (not that there are many options in this small village). The hotel used to be a monastery and the building is seeped in history. Its separated from the main road by a short, uphill walk. This also gives the vantage view from many...

Historical building partially renovated, nice looking, located nearby the centre of the town. Rooms are quite large, standard furniture and amenities, bathroom with shower. Wifi available. Restaurant serves all day food, breakfast is good with a reasonable selection of sweety and salty dishes. Dinner also nice. It is a typical 3 stars, no frills but everything at its proper place...

I stayed there a couple of weeks during a business trip and enjoyed my stay there very much. The rooms are not the newest, but everything is alright and most important the rooms are calm. The hotel looks very beautiful from the outside as the building was an abbey before. The reception area and the bar and restaurant look also...
