Its a small hotel in the outskirts of Berlin (Wannsee). Fantastic breakfast, where the owner encourages the guest even to arrange for a lunch package. The place is very close to the railway station Berlin-Wannsee, from where it is easy to go to town.

Stayed here for a local family wedding. Rooms were basic, but clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Even though we had a very early check out (6.30am) a huge, varied and tasty breakfast was arranged and served with a smile.

Petit Hotel is just what the name says. A little hotel. The rooms and the hotel itself if little but clean. The bedrooms are small but the bathrooms are big. If you want a close location to Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin für Materialien und Energie, than this the right location. It's just a 20 minute walk or a 5 minutes by bus.
