Hotel close to tram station. Rooms are very clean and have large shower and nice bathroom. Beds are a little bit small. Nice views from the bedroom window. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

We have just stayed here from 14th to the 16th February. It's a nice very clean hotel . I had read some reviews before going and had mixed feeling . You only get one pillow per bed ask for another one problem solved Bedding and towels were spotless as for the staff I think people are to you are you...

First of all it took us like 20 minutes to find the hotel reception, even though we were literally in front of it. No sign, no banner, anything. After asking 2 or 3 persons we managed to find out that the reception of the City Hotel East was the same as the reception of the Holiday Inn hotel. Ok, getting...

After reading reviews in this hotel, I was beginning to wish I wasn't going, some of the reviews were right , unhelpful staff, pillows very thin , but apart from that the hotel was very nice, clean , large rooms, and lovely bar area, never used restaurant so can't comment on that , make sure you get no M5tram to...

The hotel itself was okay - it was exactly what I expected on the price. Comfortable and clean enough, no complaints there. My only issue was that the staff were not remotely helpful - we asked a few questions about the best way to Alexanderplatz and means of travel etc, but it was a waste of time. On the second...

Overall I had a good stay without complaints, especially as the room rate is relatively low. The're was quite a lot of street noise with the windows open, but I slept well. I was disapointed that I had to pay for WLAN access though.

I was there for a business trip. I had to take taxi all the time, because the area is so remoted, you cannot arrive there by metro after 7 in the evening and walk. Also, It takes 22 minutes by the tram from Alexanderplatz, not 15. The worse was that I had to pay (??!) for the internet (with poor...

Clean - Spacious - Everything you need - Only thing I would say is WiFi is not free which isn't great - apart from that it was perfect - (they also have a business room to go on computer and print stuff which was extremely useful!)
