The reception of this 'hotel' is the same one with the hostel. I didn't really enjoy it, because there were heaps of young people who were partying in the evening. The lounge is always crowded because of the people staying at the hostel.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Easy to get to and being so close the the station means everywhere else is easy to get to too - a trait of Berlin. Noise minimal despite trains running 24/7

Location was perfect, walk out of hbf and the hotel is abroad the road. Room is small but well organised with lots of electrical sockets. Wifi sucks but the company at the lobby was great. Free maps at the hotel.price was unbeatable
Having chosen the hotel for its location, right next door to the main station, it has to be said that the 50 metres walk to get to the impressive Berlin Hauptbahnhof for our morning train will be appreciated.

You may not realize Moabit is one of the city’s most central neighbourhoods when you arrive at Hauptbahnhof (central station). Surrounded by waterways, Moabit is a quiet island protected from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. The crowds that do gather prefer spending their evenings in cozy restaurants over the party venues offered by other districts. With its beautiful parks, old housing and romantic industrial areas, life
has traditionally been relaxed and a bit slower here. But the tone may soon be changing. Reasonable housing costs and proximity to city centre are attracting more young Berliners and international visitors. This interest is encouraging new bars, cafés and nightclubs, making Moabit a candidate for most up-and-coming neighbourhood in the city.
