The good: Pleasant hotel, good facilities, clean, modern room, breakfast is good. There is a gym and sauna included in the price. We asked for hypoallergenic pillows and these were supplied. Service is prompt and courteous. The not so good: Our room was unpleasantly overheated. It felt like about 25 deg C and it was difficult to sleep. Windows cannot be opened. There are heating controls, but in our room, they were locked onto a preset temperature. Windows couldn't be opened. We asked twice for this to be fixed, but staff seemed unable to change it. The best they could offer was a floor-standing fan, but this would have made noise and simply wafted the warm air around, so we declined. I dread to think what these rooms are like in summer! The hotel is situated on a busy 3-lane road, so there is traffic noise…

huge rooms, nice made to order eggs for breakfast and good coffee. Easy location by small park, short walk to museum island or ubahn ride to Alexanderplatz. Quiet neighborhood. Rooms have huge windows able to open and get fresh air, couldn't adjust temp in room but was comfortable.

The room had mold and we weren’t compensated-just told…I’m sorry we will forward this to housekeeping… This room was over 200 euro a night! That is not ok, mold doesn’t grow overnight! How LONG HAS it been since you scrubbed it properly? Otherwise just spraying bleach will keep it from occurring

We picked this hotel for the location which was very good. Nice staff and clean room. However the AC didn’t work and our room was too hot. We were told they control the temperature and would bring it down which didn’t happen. They had a sauna that we tried but it was not warm and at check out we were told they need to know when we were using it so they would turn it on (I wish they would mention this at check in). Also most of the TV Chanels had poor signal. There is no coffee maker in the room but we liked their coffee at the small lobby bar in the morning. Bryan made me a very good espresso one afternoon.

We stayed for 3 nights during our trip to Berlin. The hotel location is great and near many of the sights. Rooms were clean and quiet, breakfast also very good. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Only issue was that Wi-Fi worked on and off, not good

My wife and I stayed at the Cosmo for 4 nights in late September, ‘22. We wanted a conveniently located place to use as a base to explore the city, and the Cosmo turned out to fit the bill very well. It is on the edge of Spitlemarkt, within walking distance to Museum Island, Checkpoint Charlie, and other sights. There is a U-Bahn stop across the street, and buses stop nearby as well. Several good restaurants are close. We arrived by taking the airport train to the Hauptbahnhof (about ½ hour) and then calling for a Bolt to get us to the hotel (about 12 euro). This worked very well, despite some traffic disruption caused by the Berlin Marathon. We reversed the process when we departed. The Cosmo is a modern, stylish hotel that serves both tourists and business travelers. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, for example in assisting us with timed online tickets for the museums. Our room (401) was large, comfortable, and had a nice view overlooking the adjacent park. The decor was tasteful and modern, with emphasis on greys and black (same throughout the hotel). There was a very comfortable king bed, desk, two night stands with outlets, a sofa, mini-bar with refrigerator but no coffee maker, a closet with lots of storage space and a safe. The large attractive bathroom had a tub/shower combination, a two-sink vanity, and adequate storage space. There was a separate room for the toilet and bidet, a nice feature. Wifi in the room was strong and fast. The included breakfast buffet was served in the hotel restaurant, a pleasant setting with windows along one side facing the park. The selection was excellent and a server brought eggs to order. The only negative feature of the Cosmo is something other reviewers have also noted, and that is that the hallways are very dark. This might be an energy-saving measure, but it seemed odd given the overall positive aspects of the hotel. This was certainly not a deal-breaker, though, and we highly recommend the Cosmo for a short or an extended stay in Berlin. .…

Very helpful front desk, I was injured during the trip and the staff were super helpful with my limited mobility, finding taxi/pharmcy assistance, etc. Grateful for their attitude and competence. Hotel room was nice, roomy, nice bathroom and all amenities, like bathrobe, slippers etc.

We stayed here for 2 nights in a room on the 2nd floor. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge. The beds were comfortable and there was enough storage space. It was quiet and you couldn't hear any traffic noise from outside but you could hear the metro occasionally. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The location was ok, you could walk to attractions but I wouldn't say they were close. However there is a metro stop just across the road which is handy. There are a few eating places nearby and a Lidl down the road. Overall we had a great stay and I would happily in the hotel again.

Ideal location for us. The hotel is just across the road from a metro stop with great access across the city. There were plenty of excellent restaurants in the surrounding area too. Our room was ideal and reasonable value. We found all members of staff helpful and friendly.

Great place with great service ! I stayed few days and I found everyone of the staff very helpful and attentive . Breakfast is superb and the rooms are spacious, very well designed and clean . All the little details of luxury are there .I highly recommend after having stay in other places in Berlín, this is by far the best option !
