Myself and 3 friends booked this hotel for the purpose of visiting the Christmas markets as well as sightseeing, The hotel is ideally located and as it is round the corner from an underground stop this made it very accessible for us to travel across the city. The free travel pass provided by the hotel was excellent and we used...

Great hotel in a superb location, literally a stones throw from the station and a short walk from the Brandenburg Gate, and all other tourist attractions, excellent rooms, lovely breakfast and very friendly staff. Anyone looking to visit Berlin (which I would advise), I would recommend the Steigenberger Hotel

Wonderful location, very convenient. The room and the staff were nice, but the bed was very uncomfortable for us. I actually slept on top of the duvets. I would recommend it, but only for those who enjoy very firm beds.

We stayed here for 3 nights in early December , and found it a perfect base for exploring Berlin. Close to the U-Bahn, S-Bahn and trains from the Zoologischer Garten straight from/to Schönefeld Airport, we found the rooms comfortable, quite spacious and well equipped. The sauna and pool gave somewhere to relax after sightseeing too. Would definitely stay here again...

Good service of frint desk which offered me Karstadt VIP coupons after I asked for shopping places and save me 10%. Air conditioner was noisy as an old hotel. No night light was not convinient while waking up at night.

The hotel was in a good location with good connections to the u-bahn and s-bahn. The spa was relaxing and the room was clean. Only issue was a very slow check out process which almost made us late for our connection to the airport.

The hotel is OK, but for the money you get a lor more someplace else. Ask twice not much is included. The quality of the spa qas superb. The room was normal, tv options good. Breakfast was not included (this was a problem of the booking agency) , I could not get my miles and more card into the account...

Dear guest “robertoriascosc” Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your insights following your recent stay with us. While I am glad to receive your positive remarks in regards to our SEN Spa and TV options, it saddens me very much that you did not feel that our pricing was transparent. Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighbourhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
