What is Certificate of Excellence?
TripAdvisor gives a Certificate of Excellence to accommodations, attractions and restaurants that consistently earn great reviews from travellers.
Located across from the Berlin zoo but a little bit out of the main city. This isn't a problem as the U Bahn and S Bahn are a very short walk away. Staff, rooms and facilities are very good. The breakfast is good also.

We stayed at the Pullman hotel for 3 night. The room, in the 8th floor, with a view to the Park, was big, new, well designed and very comfortable.
The breakfast was superb.
We will sure come back to this hotel
