I stayed here years ago and the hotel really needed some serious redecoration. They did an excellent job, although the intimate atmosphere of the good old hotel Bernhard is gone. Now is a medium budget hotel, with cheap furniture, conveniently located near the S-bahn and the U-bahn. The receptionists are not very helpful nor particularly friendly, I asked one of...

It is nice hotel. My room was spacious and big and bathroom so does it. Staff was friendly and helpful. I is located near U-ban. It was clean and tidy. Some big shops are close and a good restaurant is in front of the hotel. Enjoy

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and I can say the experience was intolerable. The telephone of the room didn't work from the first day and they promised to fix it for the next day but it wasn't fixed till we left the hotel.we went there in March and the weather was really cold. At our first night,...

I'm writing this on the same day I checked in. I paid for two nights but have already decided to leave immediately tomorrow morning. The room I'm in is extremely cold- it has no central heating! I have a running nose already and the throat is sore. I told the girl at the front desk but she wasn't able to...

I stayed in this Hotel in September. It was a nice hotel, worth it's price, although it had a few minor flaws. It is located in a nice district called Bundesplatz. There has both a S Bahn and U Bahn station just minutes away from the Hotel. There are also some restaurants near by including a great Italian. I found...

Stayed for 4 nights in triple room.Location is good.Room was big enough, but: pillows were too way too big and you could feel the strings on the matress. It was hard to sleep, you could hear the noise from the street the whole night. Some issues with cleanliness, for example, there were same stained "sofacushions" the hole time ( from arriving...

There are about five rooms on each floor, so the hotel is quite small. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The subway station is very close by, approx. a two minute walk. The hotel is situated right next to a highway and train station. Had we visited during the summer, this might have been an issue....
