Big rooms with high ceilings, clean, quiet, comfortable, with a biiiiiiig variety of breakfast, friendly reception and very good value for money!! Will definitely stay there again!!!

Good location, but poor service. No food if you have the breakfast too late. No minibar in the room. Certanly not 4 stars.

hi, in all honesty taxi is the quickest, There is a set fare system from each of the Berlin airports but i cant recall the cost. You could also get the Ubahn to the Zoogarten station and its a five minute walk from there.
