Excellent breakfast and good location with public transportation. Rooms are not big but very good condition. I could recommend this hotel for your visit to berlin. Taxi from airport ~ 25 euros. Easy to reach with bus too.

I booked this hotel as part of my husband's 40th birthday and I couldn't have picked a better hotel. It's right at the centre of Alexanderplatz and a perfect location for bars, restaurants & shopping. The hotel itself is stylish, welcoming and the staff are all really accommodating and friendly. Our double room was a perfect size with all the...

Have just returned from a 3 night stay here in Berlin. The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from Alexanderplatz where you can catch the tram, U-bahn or S-bahn which are all really easy, and relatively cheap to use. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and modern, and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in a deluxe...

I only stayed one night but the hotel is nice and clean, rooms are a bit small although the views of the city are amazing. It's only a stones throw away from Alexander platz. Staff are nice and friendly as well.

Modern, spotlessly clean and 5 minutes from walk train, tram and underground at Alexandra square. Comfy beds - double mattress with 2 single duvets. Amazing shower & quality Aveda complimentary toiletries. Slight hum of trams - when they pass - but not a problem & this is so central. No noise at all from other rooms. My room us 329,...

Booked this hotel for a New Years trip to Berlin. After many hours of delays while flying we arrived at the hotel around midnight and were quickly checked into our room. We had an interior room with a view of the courtyard. The room was modern, cozy and clean. The bathroom is pretty small, not big enough for two people...

Situated in the perfect location. The rooms are small but that didn't bother us as we was out the majority of the time. Very comfy beds, although they are not double but two singles pushed together with two separate duvet covers, which was slightly strange but good shower and quality products used throughout the rooms. The hotel reception and bar...

This hotel is was lovely and we loved our stay in Alexanderplatz. It is great for exploring east Berlin with enough around to keep you entertained for a few days. Even at night we just walked everywhere! Berlin is very flat and feels safe at night. Close to the TV tower for cocktails or have them in the bar downstairs....

The Hotel is nice and clean. People at the reception really helping. The only "bad thing" is that the "king" bed is made by 2 single bed put together, and even the sheets are single. So, sleeping is not totally confortable. The position is great, close to Alexander Platz.

Staying in Mitte

Neighbourhood Profile
Mitte
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighbourhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
