Linnen is a modern boutique-style "inn" with a lovely on-site café. In addition to the 6 individually-styled rooms, we offer a separate three-room apartment and ground floor studio in the same building.

We stayed in the Lego apartment. It was very clean, had a comfortable bed, and the location is fantastic. Unfortunately a tram comes by every 10-15 mins 24 hours a day. The noise was easily drowned out by our white noise app, but the ground/bed still vibrated as each train passed. The hotel has no control over this, and we did get used to it after the third night, but if you are a light sleeper I suggest choosing another room above ground floor.

What great boutique accomadation. We stayed in their 3-bedroom apartment and it was terrific. Clean, spacious, well-equipped, and secure. Decorated in a really fun 70's style A fantastic cafe was just across the road and we found it easy to use the tram and get Ubers from this destination.

We spent nearly a week here. It's an intimate hotel with breakfast included. The kitchen staff was excellent, spoke English too. We absolutely loved the neighborhood - lots of restaurants, easy access to public transportation, colorful and interesting! The bed was comfy, the amenities good. We were in room #1. The only drawback is that we faced the street and the #10 tram runs past all night at 30 min intervals, and it is noticeable.

This place is a pearl in centrally located in Prenzlauer Berg. The host Antonio has been super helpful before and during the stay. The rooms and specially the beds where nice and comfortable, and the food and service was excellent. I can highly recommend this place for a short or longer stay in Berlin.

A most beautifully designed suite in the heart of Berlin at a sensation price. What more can you ask for? I would have no qualms awarding this location with 5 stars if it weren't for the breakfast which was also beautifully arranged and served, but too minimalistic to called a meal. Nevertheless, accommodation was so good, we would return anytime.

I did not stay at this hotel, but I wanted to write a review to say that when my sister and I had to cancel our trip to Berlin because of the pandemic, they were exceptionally flexible, proactive and empathetic in their approach. I was disappointed to cancel my trip. I would not hesitate for a second to book with the Linnen again.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had (and I had a lot) The hosts are so warm hearted, the interior is awesome and the coffee is exceptional. I stayed 4 nights and bought the bed linen afterwards to have the „linnen“ feeling at home. Thanks again guys ❤️

we have stayed in Linnet 5 times now, both with and without children, and among all the hotels I've been living in all over the world, this is by far the most cosy, coolest and nice hotel. The atmosphere is so friendly and relaxed, the rooms are at very high standard and the food is fantastic. My varmest recommendation.

We spent four nights at Linnen and enjoyed this gem of a hotel/guest house immensely. First of all the rooms are unique and designed with style and taste. Our room (#2) was huge with a lovely bathroom, a writing desk and unique "objets" from a bygone printing era. Anthony and Bodo, our hosts, were charming and exceedingly obliging at every turn. The small touches make this place unique...a well stocked honor bar saves one the trouble of finding a nice bottle of wine elsewhere, the breakfast is an amazing array of healthy options served in clever vessels, the attention to the environment is pervasive with no plastic water botttles or shampoo in tiny bottles, but perfect alternatives. We were also blissfully charmed by the fact that there was no wide screen TV in our room which was refreshing to say the least since we never watch TV. Additionally, the guest house is situated ideally in a hip neighborhood with many restaurant options nearby and easy access to the U Bahn and trams that take you most anywhere you wish to go in Berlin. In short, we have already raved about the place to friends and we hope to return to Berlin sooner rather than later for another dose of Linnen.…

This little hotel is just beautiful. All rooms are different und each one - as far I as I have seen them - is very nicely furbished with a unique touch. Linnen promises "less hotel, more home" which in my opinion stays true. This is also due to the very nice people working there. As the name suggests, the place has very nice linnen. Beds are quite spaceous and soft - which is a question of taste (my husband never slept better). What I loved most about our stay was breakfast. There is a nice selction of food which varies a little each day and everything is just delicious! Minor drawback: as linnen is located centrally and you can jump on the Underground and Tram easily, very light sleepers might be disturbed by the streetsounds during night. This was not a problem for us, but we kept the windows closed during night.…
