My two out of five rating for this hotel is for the free breakfast that they serve and the fact that it wasn't awfully dirty. However, in general, the hostel/hotel was scary, dark, not completely clean and didn't even have free wifi. They have a...More
Terrible experience, dirty everywhere, no change of towels, dirty cups and glasses. Ants and small flies in the room. Lousy breakfast and extremely poor service. Simply old and worn. Make sure when you will open the window, suddenly you are standing with the window in...More
Poorly furnihsed rooms, dirty corridors and showers. Seems to be more 2** than 3***. Unfriendly staff who makes you troubles just because they can do so (Czech speaking man with dark hair). Good location.

I did not give this company my credit card details. Nonetheless, they managed to obtain it from a third party and then proceeded to charge me 90% of the hotel room when I canceled more than a week in advance. Yeah, maybe they have it...More

Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop
down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
