Hotel is old-fashioned, so as the rooms are. So be ready to wait for warm water approximately 10 minutes😅 also for elevator app 20 minutes😂 but it's very clean, comfortable, polite stuff, fine breakfast and the most important perfect location, just 3 minutes from famous Ku'damm street which is, in my opinion, the most beautiful street in Berlin! Hotel is...

The usual German efficiency! Clean and tidy and great and the breakfast is ace too. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, all within walking distance of shops that sell earrings for €225000. I also liked the fact that there's mains sockets and a hair dryer in the bathroom (with ample cordage to reach the bath) incase you've had enough with the world....

Cosy and clean room. We had a large balcony on the street side of the building. Good location - close to all touristic atractions. Friendly staff to reception, very helpful. Breakfast is various and enough to feel satisfied. Free WIFI in the room 103 was fine. Had a good time there, and I recommand the hotel for a city break...

Cleaning and room was good. Wifi was not working fine in all rooms. Reception staff was not welcoming at all. Lift was very tight. Breakfast was fine. Location is not nearby main attractions and you have to walk to catch bus or underground for tourist attractions.

Simple, clean accommodation, excellent customer service, free WiFi and great for breakfast (Tip: there is that much available, you could easily make your lunch for the day and take it with you). Our family room was basic but huge. Location - great for transport links to the main attractions (make sure you purchase AND validate your tickets* it before you...

When we first arrived we were put into a room that was rather odd. Meaning that the bathroom and bedroom were just oddly designed. We could not reach the wifi which was extremely frustrating as we were tourists and had no German service providers, and there was no hot water. We also found a hair on the bed, and the...

The hotel is good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is good enough! The service is good. It's located withing 3 or 4 blocks from a subway station! Not bad! The only thing is the Hotel is a bit old! The elevator is small, it's not a big deal. But we 2 nights people in the upper floor walking all...

The hotel was quite normal for the price we pay for three nights stay. But it was some circumstances that we do not like. Breakfest was not delicious: some sousages and eggs. But the worst experience was at the last morning we stay. About 11 o'clock in the morning room services women knocked at our doors and shouting at as...
