We booked this Hotel through otel.com and got a good rate including breakfast for a week. When we arrived we had to pull a parking ticket. In the reception our booking was found immediately and our parking ticket validated for the 7 days so we could get in and out. My only negative comment about the Hotel would be the...

We chose this hotel as it was quite close to the activities we were attending this weekend. Also it looks very cosy from the outside in the evening. Unfortunately, we didn't feel very welcome. The reception staff seemed to just want to get rid of us so they could go back to chatting again, so they never informed us about...

Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback. This is important for us. We are very sorry to hear those things about our team. This is not our standard in the Leonardo Hotels, every guest is welcome in our house. We will have a meeting with the whole front office team, so that such inconveniences not happen in the future any...

I was staying in this hotel only for a night when travelling from the coast of Baltic Sea to Switzerland. The hotel is located next to an exit of a major highway and therefore very convenient for those travelling by car. The hotel has spacious parking places, 8 euros per car per night. The hotel room was clean and comfortable....

It's a functional hotel, with everything you need. Location wise, it's pretty far from Hamburg city, and looks remote from everything else. There's really nothing nearby. The rooms are basic, rather dated with dim lights. I really prefer hotel rooms with brighter lights. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. No faults there. All in all, a decent hotel.

Nice Hotel, good attentive staff, lack of public transport and physical remoteness prevent from five stars. Also, cost of room during convention is nothiong but outrageous, 5 times the normal price! i recommend this place for people driving a car, or on business travel from \ to Bremen or Luebeck and Hamburg, around 30 EUR to trip into town by...

A little far from centre, but the traffic was fluent, in 10-12 min. we were in centre. Room comfortable, spacious bathroom, good breakfast, all was ok. Problem is that parking costs 8 euro daily and Wi-Fi 16 euro(?!!)

This hotel is great if you are travelling on business – located close to the motorway (approx. 15 min drive to Hamburg) yet still offers some peace and quiet to relax before the work next day and fully equipped to all needs of a business traveller. The staff are very professional and friendly. The restaurant is good and reasonably priced....

This hotel is superb if you are travelling up the night before a meeting in Hamburg the day. Located next to the motorway ... not too loud ... you are in the city within a few minutes of leaving the hotel by car yet aren't paying Hamburg city prices. If you are travelling into Hamburg by public transport this could...

Located rather close to the City Center, fully equipped to all needs of a business traveller and also suitable rooms for seminars and meetings. The Lobby and lounge, bar are well fit for relaxed leisure times. Hotel rooms are spacy and with all amenities as well, price and value match perfect.
