Good Location, just behind the main train station. As a SPG member, I used the mobile check-in and hence I got an upgrade to a larger room that I really appreciated. However, a male staff (I'd better not disclose his name) informed me that I basically knew everything as I used

This was the second of two Le Meridien hotels we stayed in on our current trip. A review of the other will follow when we have completed a stay which sandwiched the Frankfurt visit. On the basis of what we experienced in Frankfurt and what we have experienced so far in Munich, I

Dear Mr “John O” Thank you very much for taking some of your valuable time in order to provide us with your detailed feedback. We are very sorry to hear we didn’t meet your standards as a Le Meridien. We are on it to change our power point stations to provide our guests a USB connection too. We hope this is all done by end of February. As we are now on it to change our telephone system we still have some challenges with flashing lights. I do apologize this inconvenience but we are happy to offer a new and faster telephone system to our guests. I’m glad to hear our Front Office Team gave you a free upgrade for your stay. We shared your feedback regarding the breakfast with our Chefs and we will investigate what’s happen on Saturday with the scrambled egg. Regarding your feedback about our toaster, we do have a health and safety regulation in place to make sure our guests and member of staff are safe. Should your travels bring you back to Frankfurt, it would be an honor to welcome you back to our Hotel. Please let us know if we can be of any assistance. Kind Regards, Wolfgang Selinger

Dear “zikhonabricks”, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. As a daily standard procedure each room will be cleaned day by day. Every guest has the choice to join our environment program “Make a green Choice”. With this program guests are able to earn extra points for our loyalty program, voucher or donate a specific amount to Unicef – every day without housekeeping service.* The guests will decide if they prefer housekeeping service every day or they decline the service for the stay. Maybe something went wrong, I apologize the inconvenience. However since I have no further Information about your stay, I am not able to investigate any further and kindly ask you for more details. I´m looking forward to hearing from you Yours sincerely Wolfgang Selinger General Manager *see terms & conditions of make a green choice program.

It’s quite a bit of a journey to Frankfurt City but there are bus shuttles. Have a look for the bus company’s „bohr“ or „flixbus“. It might take about 2 hours to travel to Frankfurt because some shuttles have two stops in between (Wiesbaden and Frankfurt Airport).

Well this depends on availability of course. Ask nicely. Indicate when you book, call them a few days before arrival to ask and confirm again. Being Gold or Plat helps but might not always be necessary. I managed to check-in at 11AM once but I told them about it. It's nice to get it, just don't ask for it as if it was due to you :)
