A lovely, bright, modern hotel. A well priced hotel, in a developing area of the city. Great location for the shopping centre, Skyline Plaza and the convention centre, not so great for seeing the sights, I didn’t think. Quite a large, spacious room, comfy soft beds, a great hot shower. Our shower gel and shampoo were mixed up, there were containers, refillable, in the shower. We found our room to be a bit warm, the hotel checked the room and said there was no fault with the aircon. The staff on the front counter were helpful and friendly, with varying degrees of English. The bar didn’t open as the bartender was ill.

Love this hotel, the location cleanliness, ample space, chic modern design. The hotel room was over 45 sqm. bigger than normal rooms in Frankfurt. Well appointed kitchen, a very comfortable King size bed, enough storage spaces, minimalistic interior design Living room and bedroom, clean Bathroom with nice clean white huge towels, bathrobes and slippers provided. Good breakfast. A good safe big parking space. I can highly recommend Capri Hotel. You get the value for your money.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. We stayed in an apartment with a kitchenette which was spacious, airy and furnished to a high standard. The kitchenette was well equipped. The hotel is conveniently located near the skyline plaza shopping mall which has a food court. There is also a few good restaurants nearby. Rewe at the skyline plaza was easy for grocery shopping. The staff was really welcoming, polite and helpful and the price is extremely reasonable for the top quality it offers and for its great location. Highly recommend Capri to families for longer stays.

Decided to stay at the Capri by Fraser Frankfurt hotel towards the end of my vacation early in November 2021. I was very pleased with my stay. The residence chosen offered ample room for storing clothing. I liked that the refrigerator in the kitchenette was completely empty allowing guests to fill with their own purchases as needed. The bed was comfortable and enjoyed the English speaking TV stations offered (NOTE: very much enjoyed a couple of stations offering Law and Order and NCIS programs in English!). I enjoyed the smell of the hotel! Very nice smell upon entering the hotel and in the corridors and elevator. The available guests' laundry room on the floors was also very convenient. Instructions provided on how to use the washer, which I believe also dried clothing. Upon entering my room, I inspected the kitchenette cabinets and found a broken dish. The staff were extremely helpful and offered to replace the broken dish immediately. I did not opt to have breakfast, so cannot comment on that. However, everything else was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is near several restaurants - Asian restaurant Moshe Moshe adjacent to the hotel was very good! As mentioned in other posts, the Skyline Mall is within a minutes walk from the hotel. The mall offers many more choices for dining at the food court. A slight issue was noticed. Some of the toiletries offered had been used. Not such a big issue, but perhaps replace items that have been used. I did truly love the smell of the bath gels, soaps and lotions offered! Would definitely consider staying again without hesitation!. Hope this review helps other travelers!

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights for New Years in December 2019 and we loved how modern and big our room was. We didn’t had much interaction with the staff (only when we arrived and left) but in my opinion that they should be more 😊...We didn’t had breakfast there because we found it expensive. The location...well you a have a mall at 200m but the neighborhood is not wow...surrounded by new buildings, everything is new. We would go back to this hotel because the rooms are really nice, they even have small kitchens if you want to stay in.

I loved the hotel. The room was huge (one bedroom executive) with a separate living room with a dining table, sofa bed (pulled out in the picture for my daughter), tiny kitchenette (you can’t make anything elaborate but perfect for us), work desk. The room was air-conditioned but according to a lot of reviews I read for hotels in Germany, the air conditioning power is not appropriate for the summer heat. Another guest at Capri complained of the same issues we faced: the outside was cooler at night than the air conditioning so popping a window open was easier. But I think this is a common complaint with other hotels too. The breakfast at the Caprilicious was plentiful and tasty: scrambled/boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, cereals, caprese salad, veggies, cold cuts, baked beans, hash browns, breads, yoghurts, fruits, etc. 18 euros per person but kids eat free (if you don’t book it from before). Many restaurant options a step away, and the skyline plaza has shopping and a food court (again steps away). Very happy with the hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay! Everything from the large suites to the comfortable king sized beds and the location were outstanding. The front staff were extra friendly and helpful from helping us order pizza to arranging a shuttle to the airport early New Years day when taxis were scarce. Ideally located next to a shopping centre and easy 30 minute walk to the Altstadt and Haupbanhof

Booked here for 3 nights for business to visit ISH. Reviews seemed ok. Housekeeping not very good, loo roll not topped up (had to ask reception for more and was told housekeeping had gone home so had to carry 2 rolls up to the room at 10pm embarrassing) they took the used towels and didn’t replace them. Cups and glasses not washed, coffee capsules not replaced so had no drinks. Water only given on the first night (the cost of the 3 nights was almost 1k) The receptionists bar one couldn’t really be bothered, on their phones most of the time and didn’t look up as you passed and breakfast not good. Not greeted by anyone this morning, sat down on our own and left after 10 minutes. Glasses smelt of dishwasher. We have decided to leave early and go home tonight for some comfort. Overall wish we had paid more and booked a better hotel.

The front office lady (think her name was Tugge) at check in and check out was very helpful and obliging. She was very patient with us during check in and upon check out, went out of her way to help us print our train tickets as the guest computer was being used by someone. She offered superb service and made our stay great!
Room had a huge bed, only thing lacking was a water boiler which the staff readily sent us one upon request. Good stay!

It was a great stay in the center of Frankfurt. We met a New Year's eve hear, looking a great fireworks on European Alley. A great room with big bed attracted our attention. Also, there was a good breakfast. However, it was the same all days, and sometimes some products were missing: like juice or Activia.
And room cleaning service should be better. If we press "Please make up" on the doors after 01:00 PM, there is no cleaning at all. Also, one day there were missing towels after the cleaning. And another day there was a lack of soap in the bathroom. If you improve you cleaning service, you make a major impact in the quality of stays.

When travelling, it can be difficult to find somewhere to do laundry. You may find a laundrette facility but it could be a while away from your residence and carrying a full bag of clothes to and from your room when you’re here for business or travel can be a huge inconvenience.

Laundry can be a boring chore, so we’ve provided complimentary iPads with the 100 most popular apps installed in each room so you can relax and surf online while waiting for your laundry to be ready.
With a Fat Boy bean bag available in each room you can sit back, relax and get comfy while your garments get cleaned and dried. In line with the ethos of Capri by Fraser we have different contemporary graffiti décor in each room.
