A lovely, bright, modern hotel. A well priced hotel, in a developing area of the city. Great location for the shopping centre, Skyline Plaza and the convention centre, not so great for seeing the sights, I didn’t think. Quite a large, spacious room, comfy soft beds, a great hot shower. Our shower gel and shampoo were mixed up, there were containers, refillable, in the shower. We found our room to be a bit warm, the hotel checked the room and said there was no fault with the aircon. The staff on the front counter were helpful and friendly, with varying degrees of English. The bar didn’t open as the bartender was ill.

I have stayed at the Capri for two nights on a business trip to Frankfurt. Whilst I had the pleasure of staying at this property a few times before Covid, this was my first visit since the pandemic. The hotel is conveniently located within close walking distance to the Skyline Plaza shopping mall and the area also features a few restaurants. Check-in was quick and efficient with my room located on the 4th floor. The rooms at this hotel are relatively large and also feature a small kitchen area including hob and microwave. The room was clean and well appointed with modern interior. Overall, a very convenient place for business trips. Also good to see that the hotel did not loose any of its quality since my last visit.

Very spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and rooms were very neat. This place is hardly a minute away from Sky Plaza and a lot of other eateries. Both the rooms had Balconies with beautiful view. Bathroom was spacious and clean. The front desk is 24/7. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Decent overnight stay, massive rooms, nice and modern amenities and very convenient location near a new shopping mall. Air con is not great but staff kindly allowed for room change to a room where AC worked better. Breakfast was good. All in all great value stay.

What a beautiful hotel. Spacious, super clean, comfortable and modern rooms. Friendly and polite staff, good breakfast. The lobby is huge with a cozy sitting area. I would definitely return to this hotel if I ever visit Frankfurt again!!!

We arrived and the hotel is CLOSED! No explanation given and all arriving guests were sent away. The hotel had rebooked our already paid reservation at another hotel non nearby. NH Twin Tower but not to the standards we expected. What a disaster . They don’t answer the phone!!!Do not book here!!!

This hotel is a nightmare for anyone who likes to sleep in a cool room during the warm summer months with high temperatures. I have been to many hotels in my life, both in Europe as well as the US, nowhere have I encountered such indifference & incompetence in regards to the air conditioning ( AC). The hotel claims to have airconditioned rooms, however, during the entire week I stayed there, the AC only blew out very little lukewarm wind, barely noticeable, if at all. After inquiring at the front desk, they simply just said „ yeah we have a eco-friendly system, the AC only kicks in when it’s REALLY warm outside“ They didn’t attempt to fix it nor offer a cooler room with less sunlight… I did not manage to spend time in the room getting work done, nor did I manage to sleep during my entire stay. Stay away from this hotel in the summer. terrible customer service.…

A great hotel in Frankfurt City Centre and in close reach of many local activities (The River was approx 15 min drive including traffic, walking distance) Check in was smooth and the room was modern and surprisingly large with small kitchen area and large bathroom. Bed was extremely comfortable; there is even washing facilities on each floor. Underground parking for the hotel which cost (I think/Approx) $20 per night, be careful if your car is a wide SUV as this may be quiet tight for you! We will definitely return when back in Frankfurt!
