Small rooms, however tons of amenities and the hotel is beautifully remodeled. Quite clean and the marble bathroom was really nice. Stayed on business and had no problems. Centrally located to most anything you'd need to get to in Wiesbaden, especially the rail station. Nicely decorated for Christmas, and I've posted some photos so can get the atmosphere. Staff was...

Stayed here on business and can't fault it; friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast spread plus extra options to order, free Wi-Fi, HUGE bed and very spacious rooms. Very clean everywhere and within walking distance of all the bars, restaurants and shops Wiesbaden has to offer. Lovely town with some old and beautiful buildings, would happily return here for a...

I'm a regular guest at Radisson Blue hotels and looked forward to visiting this place again after some years. On the positive side, the renovated rooms and the overall atmosphere of the traditional hotel are great. The breakfast room is rather small and the breakfast buffet is o.k. (average). However, the hotel's amenities and services don't live up to four...

Dear Ansgar, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us on recent stay. We are glad you noticed our renovation and found our breakfast options pleasant. Very clean hotel in a good location. Everything is very walkable. Two things keep it from being a 4. 1) In room shower was not the best experience. 2) In room coffee was instant. This may be a European thing, but a tassimo would be a huge upgrade.

We stayed at this hotel last month. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms pleasant and clean. The hotel still retains its old character but has all the modern things that one needs now; wifi, AC for hot weather and big bathrooms.

We have stayed at The Swartzerbok on several occasions to date. Our last visit was incredible! We arrived on June 2nd and stayed until June 6th. The hotel is old and very beautiful. The rooms are spacious, gracious and very comfortable. The food is delicious - breakfast - really spoiled for choice. However, it is the staff who made our...

We stayed in Wiesbaden for 5 nights and choose the Radisson Blu. Yes it is very old, but very well maintained. We received a free room upgrade and the A/C was still working in early October which was nice. The Windows do open if you prefer. Breakfast was excellent and the bar was lively with good selection. The spa features...

Loved staying here for a few nights. High quality service from the hotel staff. Centrally located just a block from the walking plaza with shops and restaurants. Rooms had working A/C during the heat wave of early September. Could use a bit of ventilation in the bathroom and a bit of water pressure for the shower. Trade-offs with old historic...
