Warning to all travelers: do not stay here, it will ruine your time in wonderful Bonn. Our experience with Hotel Europa was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had anywhere in the world. Depsite we booked more than a month in advance they did not have our rooms available when we arrived. The woman behind the desk,...

Nice small hotel close to city centre, with family atmosphere. Rooms are clean, not very big. Staff is really friendly and always ready to help. Hotel offers breakfast where u can choose from variety of morning meals. I enjoyed stay there.

We stayed for 2 nights at this central hotel. The room was basic but clean. Helpful, friendly staff. The parking is abit difficult in an underground parking lot so please pre book when making your booking. There is a tram stop outside the door and I think a bus terminal behind which could be useful.

This is a centrally-located hotel at the margins of the old town, at walking distance from the central station, and with a tram station just in front of the hotel. My room was recently renovated (the bathroom could use an update at some point), facing the street. The windows isolated quite well against the street noise, but nonetheless I kept...

Ideal place to stay. Family run, somewhat eco-friendly. Friendly, helpful staff with passable English, and presumeably good German (that I don't speak). Nice room, if nothing special, but clean, tidy & comfortable. Good breakfasts if you choose to eat here. Perfect location. Underground train station across the road, bus and tram to the door, 10 minute walk from Bonn Central...

We stayed here for one night and used the parking. It was a bit difficult to get to by car but I think that was more our fault than the hotel. Good welcome and good room, was a bit noisy but was very central so can't be helped plus Germany just played football and won! Breakfast was included and really...

Stayed for 1 night.was given a suite. Not expected. Good size rooms- bedroom, sofa/TV room and bathroom. All were clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Was able to use hotel garage but very limited spaces. Didn't have breakfast. Location is excellent for the old town. Bit of noise travelled up from street at night but Germany had just won a...

Hotel Europa is centrally located near the Bonn city center and the central train station. That's a plus. Also, its breakfast is quite good and the staff is friendly and competent. But the walls and ceilings are thin and it's difficult to get a good night's sleep if you have upstairs neighbors or your room is located near the elevator....

“Tram stop is just in front of the hotel. Upper floor and back yard facing rooms are less noisy.”

“Rooms on the back a quiter. It is OK to stay facing the street if you are in a higher floor. The problem is not actually the street itself, but rather the tram stop in front of the hotel.”
