We found this place online and were very happy how clean the hotel is. Some of the rooms are dated but still look new. It is just a short drive out from Bonn in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were planning to eat in town but stopped outside the restaurant and decided we should try it out. We were very surprised how tasty everything was. Very authentic and great value. We look forward to staying and eating here again soon

The 4* room (new! in the building across the street) is modern, spacious and excellent. As the hotel is in a suburb living area of villas, almost no traffic. Quiet. Dinner in restaurant delicious, less expensive than downtown, but better quality. Steaks and salad are recommended, but try out what else they offer. Better make a reservation for a table, the restaurant is small and also frequented by locals from the living quarter around, mostly elder people, nice traditional atmosphere. Breakfast buffet with whatever you need. It's a bit off from the center, a bus stop is nearby, but I didn't try as I came by car. The view from the balcony was great, the Petersberg on other side of the Rhine river.

My wife and I brought my wife's sister to Bonn, where she spent many years and retained a large number of friendships. Unfortunately, my sister-in-law suffers from debilities which require her to be in a wheelchair most of the time, but the staff at Sebastianus went out of their way to ensure that we had a room for my sister-in-law on a ground floor. Not only that, but that she was able to have breakfast, not in the regular breakfast room, which had stairs, but in an adjoining restaurant that they opened especially for her, and which was accessible by wheelchairs. They also brought a small, specially prepared, lunch to her in her room, despite not normally providing lunch services. The rooms were extremely comfortable and well designed, and the breakfast was diverse and delicious. But the real pleasure was in experiencing the help and friendliness of this small, family-run hotel. A pleasurable stay in every way.

Sebastianushof welcomed me and my boyfriend (no problem with homosexuals, it would seem) for two nights in September 2013. The amenities weren't posh, but everything was comfortable and clean, breakfast was delicious (eggs, toast, coffee or tea, meats, cheeses, yogurt, etc.), and the adjoining gasthaus/restaurant offered a great meal with a cozy traditional German ambience. Not too busy when we went, though it would be great for families. We would definitely go back.

Stayed one night on a business trip. Slightly outdated interior but clean. Did not get the room I booked but did also not complain about it. Breakfast is fine but nothing special. All in all good for a night. Parking is in a residential area so little difficult to get.

We stopped over at this hotel on a long car drive from Italy to the UK, staying for two nights so we could take a look at Bonn. We were given a whole apartment just across the road from the hotel. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. A little dated, but all functional nonetheless. Only problem was the shower doors didn't close properly, but that didn't prevent us using it.
We had a reasonably priced and tasty dinner in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is situated in a quaint residential area above Bad Godesberg, so be prepared for a steepish walk into the town centre.

The 4 * room very large, clean, AC, bathroom like new, king size bed, minibar, TV with lots of programs.
Hotel has 2 buildings: one is 3 stars, and the other 4 stars. Quiet street, in the suburb living area of villas, close to Godesburg and Haribo factory outlet Bonn

Very spacious room with double bed(and not two single like many of the hotels), big bathroom that was sparkling from the cleanness and tidiness. We didn't try the breakfast but we ate a couple of times at the hotel's restaurant which has authentic German cuisine with big portions and reasonable prices.Very friendly staff. It is outside of the center of Bonn but for us it was no problem because we had a car(by car is 10-15 min depending the traffic)

Nice room, quaint ambience in hotel and restaurant.
Unfortunately on our one-night stopover, we were looking forward to dinner after a long day of enduring nothing but roadworks all across Germany, only to be somewhat disappointed by what was served - rather 70s in style (potato croquettes and little cook-from-frozen rosti things), not really to our liking. Because of this we decided not to take the breakfast at an extra 9 Euro per person. At 99 Euro for the double room, 60 Euro in the restaurant and an extra 5 Euro for the 'free parking', we felt this hotel was not great value for money.

The hotel is quite a ways up the hill from the town center of Bonn-Bad Godesberg.
I picked it because of an event at the Godesburg, which is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel is right across the road from a major construction site fitted with a huge crane, where they seem to be building a new house. Subsequently, the noise level starts to go up quite drastically at around 7AM. Throughout the night, noise from the street was relatively minor (not a lot of traffic).

The window however, looks just like the ones my grandmother had in her house, and those were from the 70’s. The noise abatement from the window is close to nil.

The bed is comfortable enough and you’re supplied a full-size and a half-size pillow, which is nice (I happen to be a fan of half-size pillows).

The bathroom is functional (no more!), though the drain in the shower was stopped up and quite obviously, no one had filled the siphon of the floor drain in a while, as the room reeked of sewage gas. Two glasses of water in the siphon and all was well. I always wonder just why on earth the guests always have to take care of something like that.

Breakfast is quite ok, with scrambled eggs as the “hot food”.

All in all, an ok place to stay, but at €75 (+€8 for breakfast) a couple of notches too expensive for the quality and the location.
